Mom I lost the receptionist

Once we arrived, we were able to enter our room without major problems after entering the two codes provided by the manager. The room is equipped with good beds, small but functional kitchen, and a well-equipped bathroom. Our stay seemed to be going well, until one of the two codes to unlock the door stopped working. Having repeatedly called the three numbers for assistance, no answer came, forcing us to go to the nearby Hotel Orangine, where, after more than an hour of waiting, we solved the problem with no shortage of difficulties. Again with a lot of difficulties, we managed to pack our bags in the Hotel before returning to the airport. Hotel in which, having asked to go to the bathroom, we were greeted with a resounding and rude “outside, you can’t cross”. In summary, inefficient Service (sometimes non-existent). The star goes to the chamber, well maintained and without major problems.
