Cost x benefit, it is not so close to go on foot, but is close to the car or public transportation points.
The hotel is cool, has good service, but the most basic category the room is tight for a couple with two large suitcases.
Breakfast is ok, it has a fitness room with a mattress, a bicycle, a transport, bank and weights, but has no sequence of weights, just a few. I think it deserved a little more items.
There is about 15 minutes walk has a great mall with shops and good options to eat in addition to a large Carrefour

Hotel’s policy is more important than guests
Very dissaponting treatment of customer. Due to the death in family, I was forced to cancel my reservation. Despite this extremely difficult situation, the hotel refused to cancel the reservation and provide a refund.
I understand that hotel have cancellation policy, but in such exceptional circumstance I expected at least some empathy and understanding. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no flexibility or compassion shown.
This experience made me feel that the hotel’s policy was considered more important than the human situation behind the reservation. I definitely do not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.
I understand that hotel have cancellation policy, but in such exceptional circumstance I expected at least some empathy and understanding. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no flexibility or compassion shown.
This experience made me feel that the hotel’s policy was considered more important than the human situation behind the reservation. I definitely do not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

Very comfortable
Very comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, in a walking distance from the metro, the beach and Rambla del Poblenou. Very nice people. Very quiet.

Lack of and inadequate cleaning.
The room was not cleaned from one day to the next. The management's excuse was that perhaps the do not disturb sign had been left on the door. That is unacceptable since anyone can walk through the hallways changing the customer's wishes. The reception staff was very unresponsive and haughty towards the customer.
