A Great Stay with Amazing Service ⭐️

Great location, and friendly ataff

Location is excellent, and area is very walkable. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. You can get to all the major attractions very easily.

My experience at the NH Barcelona Hotel was quite disappointing.
From the very first day, I informed the reception staff that the shower was not working properly because the water was not draining and kept accumulating while I was showering. Despite reporting the issue several times, it took three days before I was finally offered a different room.
Another major issue was the poor soundproofing. You can hear everything from the hallways, especially the housekeeping staff early in the morning. Conversations and other noises from outside the room are clearly audible, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Housekeeping was also far below expectations. During my 7-day stay, my room was cleaned only twice. Even on the days it was cleaned, housekeeping often did not arrive until around 4:00–5:00 p.m., which is far too late for a hotel of this standard.
The only positive aspect of my stay was the breakfast, which offered a good variety of food and was enjoyable.
Overall, I expected much better from an NH Hotel. The delayed response to a basic maintenance issue, poor soundproofing, and inadequate housekeeping made my stay far below expectations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
