Outstanding breakfast.
Small but beautifully formed rooftop pool with loungers and bar area. Nice room with excellent shower facility etc.etc. but reason for the 5* rating is the outstanding breakfast. Lots of quality choice and superbly presented. We intend to return.

Excellent hotel
Friendly staff clean rooms. We visited in the summer and the A/c was the best of any hotel we stayed in during the trip.

Friendly staff and very good breakfast. Quiet rooms with nice views (at least in 9th floor). The only minus is that breakfast is not served before 8 am in weekends.

Deteriorated room and risk in the shower
They gave me a room like the protists, I had the sliding glass door of the balcony broken and the glass door of the shower unfitted which caused the water to water out of the shower soaking the entire bathroom floor. I also felt insecure and thought that at any time when I opened or closed the door it could break. They only gave me solution until the last day of my stay

Lamentamos sinceramente los inconvenientes que encontró en su habitación, especialmente en relación con la puerta del balcón y la mampara de la ducha. Entendemos perfectamente la preocupación e incomodidad que estas situaciones pudieron generarle. Nuestro objetivo es garantizar el confort y la seguridad de todos nuestros huéspedes, por lo que lamentamos especialmente que la solución no llegara con la rapidez que usted esperaba. Nuestro departamento de Mantenimiento revisó la incidencia y confirmó que se trataba de una fisura situada en la parte interior del doble acristalamiento, por lo que no suponía ningún riesgo para la seguridad. No obstante, entendemos perfectamente la preocupación que esta situación pudo generarle y, por ello, le ofrecimos un cambio de habitación para que pudiera disfrutar de una estancia más cómoda y tranquila. Asimismo, el cristal, que debía fabricarse a medida, ya ha sido sustituido.Hemos trasladado sus observaciones a los equipos de Mantenimiento y Recepción para reforzar nuestros procedimientos de seguimiento y respuesta ante incidencias de este tipo.
Agradecemos que haya compartido su experiencia, ya que nos ayuda a identificar áreas de mejora y a seguir trabajando para ofrecer un servicio de mayor calidad.
