Great experience,lovely staff in a modern an a bit art themed hotel

I stayed there in a triple room with my family. It was a enjoyable experience . The staff are very lovely and helpful . The hotel has a artsy and modern atmosphere. It was so close to bus stops and metro station. Though I would recommend you walk towards diagonal street or passege de gracia which are about 20-minute walk. We even walked 40 minutes to Sagrada familia and enjoyed the views. It was such a convenience that they provide tea and coffee in the lobby 24/7. Also their front desk is open 24/7 and that’s very reassuring. Though their room is little bit small and it was hard to open big baggages but everything was great and I recommend this hotel definitely.

stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing.
On the morning of check-out, I accidentally left a charger plugged into the wall. It was a high-quality charger worth around €100–€120. I realized it shortly after leaving and returned to the hotel within an hour.
To my surprise, the charger had completely disappeared.
I spoke with the receptionist, who was unable to locate it or provide any explanation. It was simply gone. Considering how little time had passed, this situation is quite concerning.
I would strongly advise guests to be extremely careful with their belongings. If you forget something in your room, regardless of its value, there is a real risk that it will not be found again.
Unfortunately, no compensation or refund was offered for the lost item.
Very disappointing experience.

Adequate

We had 3 nights here and found the hotel to be adequate. Our room was clean but there are things that require upgrading especially in the bathroom. They were renovating a room opposite so there was quite a lot of dust in the corridor. The hotel is out of the way but was perfectly suited for us.

Lovely place

Very pleasurable stay. Easy to find and very close to metro stations.
5 minute walk to a few squares with bars and restaurants.
Easy to check in with the happy chatty staff who spoke excellent English.
Room was very clean and shower powerful
Good nights sleep with not a trace of noise on the second floor easily accessible by lift or stairs.
Free tee and coffee at the self service in the lobby with crisp beer wine and snacks operated on an honesty basis.
Would definitely stay again if returning to Barcelona

One of the most beautiful hotels I've been to

The hotel was worth its money and more! The room was very clean and beautiful. The beds are very large and comfortable. The staff was also helpful. It was possible to drink free coffee and free water. The location was also very good, there were near supermarkets, ovens and other shops, as well as transportation. One of the most beautiful hotels I have visited!
