Very good

Accomodation is simple but clean and nice, every day cleaning, lovely view and pool on the roof, city centre in walking distance, metro and bus station only few meters away, nice staff.... reccomend :-)

The treatment received from the second day to the last is painful.
They're manipulative, rude and miserable. Honesty is certainly your unfinished business.
There is no need to coerce residents to post positive reviews on networks in exchange for a free laundry token.
There's no point in inventing tuition fees, when you're paying
1000 € per month for one year, nor make arbitrary discounts at the time of deposit refund for alleged damages that do not exist or are part of normal wear and tear for use.
The constant lack of respect, poor education and polite treatment by many reception, security and above all coordination / management staff are not tolerable.
There is a wide range of residences in the area that far exceeds Onix, both in price, facilities and above all in a Good Mood of Reception and Coexistence.
Your presentation video borders on misleading advertising.
If you're considering staying in Onix, don't.

Unpresentable. Abuse in bail discounts

I join the large number of users who are discounted disproportionate amounts on the deposit return. The rooms are used and obviously suffer normal wear and tear, which should be understood to be included in the price. It is not appropriate to discount more than €295 for a scratch on the wall, it is a full-blown abuse. What a regrettable way to treat a resident who has been staying 10 months. There are other more serious and considered options in Barcelona. I do not advise in any case this residence.

Very expensive. Little care.

I've been for 2 years. They're only interested in money. And when you're leaving the room free so you can rent it to someone else. Careful not all rooms are the same. They showed us one and when I settled in they tried to give me another, with 1 mini cupboard and the bathroom divided into 2 rooms, 1 door for water and another door for shower and sink. Let's go tell me. Very unkept stays for the money they charge. There are almost 1,000 euros per month if you are all over the school year. Otherwise it's much more expensive. If you later need loose days it is more expensive than a 4-star hotel.
If you have paid the month and leave a few days early forget to be paid part of the money you have not used. But they're in a hurry to let them know when you're leaving. They send you several emails to ask.
Bail is returned more than 1 month after you leave.
Anyway... after 2 years there the memory will not be the best I take.
Too bad because they could make it a little more personal and welcoming. Mismanagement of management.

Good room, friendly staff, private

University dorm room rented out to others during the summer. Cheap and very good.
Room is nice and clean, small functional kitchen, clean towels every day.
Disadvantages: No soap in bathroom until my third day there. A bit loud from young people in the hall, and also smoke in hallway from other rooms.
