Room and rest of the apartment t; bathrooms and kitchen, were very clean, you have to pay extra for AC to use the washing machine, however we were only there a few days and could use the washing machines in other places we stayed. It’s great for a couple of days and was in a good place too.

Overall really pleased with our stay! The room was better than expected just judging from the pictures. The only downside was that there were a lot of noise coming from other apartments and the road outside.

Has all items you need, fully functional kitchen, bath/ shower large area. Hairdryer, iron, iron board. Room clean, no window. Air conditioning at extra price. Lift in building and in a great area. Easy to contact owners.

the aircon leaked water onto the bedside table and bed every time we turned it on, the corridor smelt of cigarettes even though we requested non smoking, and the other guests were very loud until late at night

VERY clean room and bathrooms, kitchen, spotless, I was really impressed! Obviously after other people in the other rooms use them, not so clean, but be aware. The location is awesome, walkable to everything in the Eixample neighborhood and not far from the metro/buses. The only ding was the elevator stopped working once and we had to haul our suitcases up a few flight of stairs to get to the apartment.
Communication with the host was very easy either on Expedia or on whatsapp. Be aware that a bit before your check-in day, they'll send you a link for you to pay the deposit online. I got the deposit back very quickly after our stay, no problem at all. I'd highly recommend this place
