A really cozy apartment

Superb apartment (1.1 on the 1st floor) very spacious for 4 people.
Bedding and pillows on top.
Plus: two bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet and safe harbor.
Kitchen very well equipped dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave toaster... Nothing is missing.
Very comfortable seating area.
We stayed three nights and the bath towels, toilet were changed once.
The neighborhood is very nice.
The diagonal metro is a 5/7 minute walk away.
Shops, bakery on a beautiful little square 5 minutes and supermarket next door. Entrance code at the bottom and code for apartment entrance.
We booked through Booking and the agency that manages the apartment is res efficient and responsive
We will be back with great pleasure.

Great and great apartment in the beautiful Gracia area of Barcelona

Apartment large and very nice and comfortable for 3 couples. There are 3 bedrooms (one en suite), another bathroom and a large living room with kitchen area. And 'priceless (in good weather) the terrace with a nice table for lunch or dinner outdoors. The apartment is on the ground floor and 2 of the 3 bedrooms are on the street side and can be a bit noisy. The kitchen is well equipped and there is washing machine and dishwasher, as well as microwave.

A apartment definitely worth renting!

Stayed here with a few friends for 5 days and the apartment served us very well. Firstly the hosts were super responsive and the online check in and digital locks made accessing the apartment super easy. The apartment was very well equipped which made cooking very enjoyable. Everything was very clean upon arrival and the apartment was also cleaned after 3 days of our stay. Will definitely be returning when I’m back in Barcelona

Excellent customer service by The Street Apartments

We had to cancel our reservation on short notice because we could not take the risk of quarantine returning to Belgium. The Street Apartments are VERY correct. A company I can absolutely recommend. Very thrustworthy.

Très mauvaise expérience

Cela aurait pu être bien mais :
Ambiance générale sale, dû essentiellement à l'état général de l'appartement, tout est cassé ou abîmé, murs pleins de trou, de coups de traces en tout genre, table de repas de 50€ en melaminé qui semble se décomposer sous vos coudes, placards de ma cuisine qui vous reste dans la main, porte du four vitre explosée, très bruyant, appart mal entretenu, il faut prendre rdv pour la réception, car personne sur place, nous avons dû les faire revenir car les keycards données ne fonctionnait pas, des la première utilisation.
En bref, je ne le recommande pas du tout.
135€ la nuit, c'est grand, mais pour dormir c'est inutile surtout s'il n'est pas agréable d'y rester.
