Worst place I’ve ever stayed

Terrible the shower pole broke as we were having a shower the water kept stopping freezing then the shower sprayed straight onto the bathroom floor leaving an ocean full of water on the floor. Food is disgusting the only thing I had was 2 tomatoes and those look gone off. The pillows had mysterious stains the staff said they wouldn’t change the bedding. It was so unclean the staff wouldn’t do a thing the location isn’t bad but I wouldn’t stay here considering the amenities. The view from the windows was quite pleasant the rooms were smaller than a prison cell and as hot as the Sahara desert considering the lack of air con. The mattress is lumpy and so uncomfortable

Disastrous facilities, misleading photos, disoriented staff, and on top of that, scammers.

Hygiene does not exist; we had to ask for cleaning supplies and clean ourselves. The drains in the showers (in all the rooms) are clogged, overflowing, flooding the bathroom cubicle, and water even comes out into the area outside the bathroom, reaching the beds. The bathroom doors are not very airtight; from the outside, you can see inside the bathroom when you are showering or using the toilet. Obviously, odors escape outside, a sewer smell, even if no one is using the bathroom. They do not know hygiene; it is a disaster, everything is dirty, the bedding is not washed between guests. The air conditioning vent faces the bed cubicles, so if you get the bed with air conditioning, prepare to freeze because the air conditioning for the whole room only reaches one or two beds (as was my case). The curtains of the bed cubicles are completely destroyed and dirty, meaning you have no privacy either in the bed or in the bathroom because everything is broken. In the showers, there is not even a place to put your things, your clean clothes, or hang your towel, so you would basically have to leave naked to the room with the rest of the people.
It was not liked. The worst part is that we went to complain about this situation, we demanded a solution for not receiving what was offered to us, and we were treated as ANNOYING (the receptionist girl in the morning), saying they could do nothing and that we should leave. And here comes the most serious part, in my opinion. She herself asked us to cancel the reservation, that the money would be refunded to us, and that we should look for another accommodation. We requested the cancellation through Booking, and they responded that they had not been able to reach an agreement with the accommodation and that they would not refund our money. The reception called us and told us that we had to leave because they were going to refund our money, even though we had an email from Booking that explicitly stated they would not accept the cancellation, therefore they would not refund our money. They told us that we could stay in the reception but not in the room, that we should stay calm because they were going to refund the money, that we should trust them. WE HAD AN EMAIL THAT SAID NO; they tried to scam us, telling us to leave, and obviously, Booking had already informed us that they would not refund the money. So, CONCLUSION: IF YOU DO NOT MIND THAT THE FACILITIES ARE BAD, KEEP IN MIND THAT IF THEY CAN SCAM YOU, THEY WILL SCAM YOU. AND IF IT BOTHERS YOU, THEY WILL START MISTREATING YOU AND MAKE YOUR STAY A LITTLE MORE DIFFICULT. If none of that bothers you, good luck.

Room was too warm and unable to adjust thermostat. Shower kept splashing outside of the cubicle.

Worst stay I had

The biggest problem in this hostel is definitely the lack of rules in the dorms. At the time of check-in you should inform the hostel rules, especially in the dormitories and reinforce these rules with signage. There is no signalling in the dorms. For example, there were guests who turned on the main light of the room at 1 a.m. regardless of whether other guests were already sleeping. Others spoke so loud, regardless of the hours. All this is a matter of common sense, but the hostel itself must definitely dictate rules. Another very bad issue in the dorms is the fact that the beds that are close to the bathrooms, are constantly hearing the doors open and close, as well as the bathroom ventilation system, because there were many guests who always left the door open. (I think that this system should be turned on manually and not be on 24 hours is quite inconvenient for those who have a bed near the bathrooms) If the rules were told from the start, as a signaling this would not happen with the frequency that happened. Me and my girlfriend had to bother with certain guests due to these problems...
