Early Spring break
First visit to Benalmadena and really enjoyed, hotel was very good and clean , plenty of choice with food you wouldn’t starve something for everyone but can get repetitive but that’s normally the same in most all inclusive hotels but no issues to me and my partner.
Location is excellent for bars and restaurants at the Marina which is about 5-10 mins walk away.
Definitely be back again

Nice Adults only hotel.
Location was great, near all restaurants and port area. Room was very nice and clean plus tea and coffee facilities.
Restaurant food was excellent and varied .
Pool area and gym clean and plenty of sun beds although could open earlier than 9.30.
Entertainment was as expected for hotels, not much activity during the day although I think it suited the more mature residents.

Palmasol good and bad
Great location to the marina and the bus route.
The entertainment staff try there best with what they have to entertain guests, it wasnt great but they give it there all.
Rooms spacious, clean, beds and pillows were great.
Not to bad for the money.
Food was hit and miss for me l am a picky eater, there was always something to eat, the cakes were amazing.
The hotel was very clean, the cleaners were always cleaning.
The pool area was very nice and no smoking around the pool which was great, sadly done guests did smoke and nothing done about it.
Negatives for me, the only area for non smokers always had smokers in it, when complained nobody did anything about it which spoiled as we are non smokers, its not nice eating lunch with smokers all around you.
Pool area, they say, no saving sunbeds, which was laughable as people put towels down early doors, and came back hours later, nothing done.
Last negative, several cats running round the hotel and signs asking people not to feed them, of course people did feed them, nothing done about it, not good for someone petrified of cats, definitely wouldn't have gone knowing how many cats there are, about 5 in total.

Perfect location
Great hotel, staff are amazing they couldn’t do enough to assist .
Ideal location for the marina which was a 5 min walk away.
No fault if the hotel but there is a large building site across the road that caused issues for one of our party. Reception were great and moved us straight away to the other side of the hotel.
Lovely pool area , well stocked with beds for everyone. Animation team worked really hard to keep everyone entertained without feeling pressured to participate.

Short break
Just returned from a lovely break at the Palmasol. It is a beautiful hotel located not even a five minute walk from the marina where there are lots of nice restaurants to choose from. However if you have low mobility this hotel is located on a steep hill therefore walking back up in the heat was awful. The hotel was immaculate. Smelt amazing as soon as we walked in. Staff were nice and friendly. We were b&b only. Breakfast had lots of options. Something for everyone. The pool/lunch menu was nice. All cooked to order and all fresh food. I requested a low level room which was ready and waiting. I’ve seen people complain about the building work opposite. We never had any issues at all. The entertainment staff were all lovely. Full of fun coming around daily to do competitions, aqua aerobics, fun and games. The only thing I would say is if you like a poolside lounger, be in the Que from 830am. The pool opens 930 prompt and there was a Que every morning to get poolside. Thank you for a lovely warm welcome in this beautiful extremely clean hotel. We believe we got exactly what we paid for and would definitely return.
