Deloix Aqua Center is a modern hotel and spa in a quiet area just outside Benidorm. It has a swimming pool, and the spacious, air-conditioned rooms have balconies and satellite TV.

This hotel was so nice the rooms beautiful clean anything you need was there. My only fault was the restaurant I booked my two boys in who joined me for there grandads 70th. there flight got in at 23.00 hours and we were leaving the two day later but early hours so we had to check out the next day as it wasn’t worth having the room for two night as we had to leave for the airport. 0200 hours so never made sense keeping the room to go to bed for two hours, also we would of been out at the shops and bars til 12.00. So the next day when we had to check out of our room we went for lunch to be told no as we had checked out. So I paid for food that’s an evening meal they never had due to late arrival restaurant was closed. So just for breakfast. The food was ok but wasn’t worth paying for on top of room hire. Pool was lovely and water nice and cool.

Good Hotel for a Quiet Stay, but Breakfast Needs Improvement
We stayed at this hotel for two nights and for us it worked perfectly for a work weekend. The location was quieter and not right in the middle of everything, which we appreciated.
We received a warm welcome at check-in, and the hotel parking was spacious and very easy to access.
The rooms were large and spacious, including the balcony overlooking the pool area. There is a minibar in the room. There was no kettle, but you can rent one from reception.
The AC and safety deposit box were free during our stay, although I cannot say whether that also applies during high season.
Our TV was not working when we arrived, but after informing reception it was fixed immediately.
Our balcony door could not be locked, so we reported that as well. It seemed to be a common issue and we were told it was still safe. Luckily, we had brought a clothes peg with us (very useful sometimes when blackout curtains do not close properly), so we used it in the track as a temporary lock.
One thing we appreciated was that the room had a toilet brush, as many nicer hotels seem to have removed them completely nowadays.
The hotel has both an indoor and outdoor pool. To use them, you need to wear a wristband that you receive at check-in. If you do not have a swimming cap, you can buy one for €3 each.
Towels are also available for rent if needed.
What lowered the rating quite significantly for us was the breakfast experience, since breakfast is a big part of a hotel stay.
The breakfast room felt very cold and empty, almost like a gym hall, and lacked any sound dampening. I would probably not want to be there during peak summer season when there are more guests.
The breakfast selection itself was large, with different cold cuts, pastries, hot and cold dishes, and a chef preparing pancakes, omelettes, etc.
However, for a four-star hotel, the breakfast did not fully meet my expectations.
I missed different types of yoghurt — especially creamier yoghurt that does not taste watery — as well as toppings like nuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, etc.
I tried the scrambled eggs, but they were sweet, the coffee was sweet, and the juice tasted very concentrated.
After our first breakfast visit, we actually decided to buy breakfast from the nearby Aldi supermarket instead. We did continue buying coffee from the hotel bar next to reception though.
If you enjoy sweet breakfast options, there are plenty to choose from.
Dinner is served in the same hall as breakfast.
Overall, it is an okay hotel. If you are travelling with children, there are many options available, the prices are good, and the staff are service-minded and helpful.

Not 4 star. Average stay
Don't be fooled by the exterior of this hotel. While the building looks modern and nice from the outside, the actual experience on the inside is definitely not up to a 4-star standard. We stayed here in mid-June and left incredibly disappointed.
First, the rooms are very outdated and tired. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was completely useless and could barely handle the June heat, making the room uncomfortable to sleep in. The food was another letdown—out of a 7-night stay, the buffet was only decent for 3 nights. The rest of the time it was highly inconsistent.
The biggest issue, however, is the misleading advertising regarding facilities and the constant nickel-and-diming:
The Rooftop Pool Trap: We specifically booked this hotel for the adults-only rooftop pool, which easyJet markets as available "whatever time of year you visit." When we arrived, it was completely locked up. Staff told us it only opens for July and August.
Indoor Pool Fees: They advertise an indoor heated pool, but don't tell you that you are forced to pay an extra €3 per person for a swimming cap just to step foot in it.
The Towel Scam: You are given exactly one pool towel at the start of your holiday. If you want a clean, fresh towel at any point during your week-long stay, they charge you €1 per day to swap it.

Nice clean quiet hotel.
We stayed here for 5 nights in June.
The hotel was lovely and clean. Quite quiet and relaxed. Our room was lovely. Quite large. Excellent air con too.
The pool was amazing. It was a perfect temperature lovely and clean and not too busy.
There was a poolside bar. You could get some snacks from. Like a burger or hotdog, chips and pizza. Also salads and nuggets. Be careful though. Not all is included in the all inclusive and there will be an extra charge. For example, house salad inc. Caesar salad extra charge. Margarita pizza included, pepperoni pizza extra charge. It was catching a few people out.. you also had to eat in the poolside bar. Couldn’t take it back to the sun lounger.
Drinks were strong and branded names.
Food in the evenings was dubious. Tuna seemed to be mixed in with lots of things, especially salads so be careful if you don’t like or are allergic to it. Not labelled well and not too much choice.Not much for children and they didn’t have their own station either.
Breakfast was also the same. The strange thing I found was that even though they had an omelette station they only choices you had of toppings was tuna ham or cheese.
This didn’t effect the stay and we did survive the 5 nts on there food.
Entertainment was shockingly bad.. although we did see they do a kids disco starting at 9pm

Great clean hotel but not really great at the all inclusive mind
This hotel is a really nice clean fairly quiet hotel. The room was much bigger than usually and very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely and clean and very inviting and wasn’t freezing cold.
The entertainment was however, shocking! It was after the kiddies disco.
The food was adequate. Not lots to choose, poorly labelled. Not much for children.
Not every thing was in the all inclusive mind you. Just little things like pepperoni pizza. That had an extra charge. Different salads had an extra charge. That kind of thing.
We ended up having a nice meal about 3 ish from the pool snack bar just in case we couldn’t find anything at dinner time.
