Amazing stay at this wonderful hotel.

This little hotel is in the heart of the old town which is very beautiful. Small and friendly with none of your usual benidorm holiday makers .we stayed in April and found no street noise at night .
The staff are so helpful and polite and can not do enough for you .This hotel is spotlessly clean they changed our towels and bedding every day, and the beds OMG they are so big and comfy id of loved to take mine home . We had room 407 with a terrace and could hear and see the sea it was so calming and peaceful. Excellent stay , Excellent staff, Excellent location, Excellent hotel would highly recommend. Thank you RH SOL .We will definitely return.

Improvents needed

Arrived at 1am checked in quickly but was disapointed there was no kettle and no tea and coffee making facilities also there were no usb ports to charge our phones and devices.the bed was comfortable but one thin pillow each was not enough. please be aware this hotel has no onsite swimming pool but the beach is very close. This is a small hotel and the bar has one beer pump so service at the bar is slow. when the barman is mixing cocktails it can take a while to get a beer. We stayed in room 302 the better views are higher up. the bath taps were rusty. The highlight was how spotlessly clean Jakeline the maid cleaned the room. Our beds were comfortable and made every day. There were always plenty of clean towels., A shame we did not get a higher floor as our view was not a sea view but the alley below showed a row of dustbins and empty run down derelict buildings with homeless people sleeping in doorways and at 3 am we often heard binmen crashing empty beer bottles from the skips to the dust cart. The food was ok but could have been hotter we arrived for breakfast at 8am opening time and the food was cold although a microwave was available. We enjoyed our 4 day break but with a few improvements it could have been better Sorry this is not the best review but it is honest . We will try a different hotel in October when we return. I would give this hotel maybe 7/10

Very good hotel

First of all, I want to thank Jairo, and all the hotel staff who are super friendly and that makes traveling a pleasure, because they make you feel at home, a hug to everyone. The only downside is getting to the hotel, which has quite bad pedestrian access and the GPS is not able to take you to the hotel, we had to call reception and ask them for help to arrive, it was very difficult for us, but in the end we made it, we unloaded the suitcases and went to the outskirts of the center to be able to park. It is a small but cozy hotel and very close to the sea. We stayed in room 108 on the first floor, everything was good, big TV, firm mattress as I like it, giant shower tray, and clean towels. It has two 135cm beds pushed together. To suggest an improvement, it could have more light since it does not have a window to the street, but to an interior patio. The food, in general, was good and healthy. We loved the rice dishes and paellas which were delicious, our congratulations to the cooks. We only missed some churros or porras with chocolate on Sunday, as is customary in many hotels in Spain. Overall I give it a very high rating, we will return.

También le agradezco que destaque aspectos como la comodidad de la habitación, la limpieza, nuestra cercanía al mar y, especialmente, la calidad de la comida. Transmitiremos sus felicitaciones a nuestros cocineros, que estarán encantados de saber que disfrutaron tanto de los arroces y paellas.
Lamentamos las dificultades que encontraron para llegar al hotel. Nuestra ubicación en pleno casco antiguo de Benidorm tiene muchas ventajas, pero en ocasiones el acceso en coche y las indicaciones de algunos GPS pueden resultar algo complicados. Nos alegra haber podido ayudarles desde recepción para que finalmente llegaran sin problemas.
Igualmente, agradecemos sus sugerencias sobre la luminosidad de la habitación y la propuesta de incluir churros o porras con chocolate. Tomamos buena nota de ellas, ya que nos ayudan a seguir mejorando la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes.
Muchas gracias por su confianza y por su alta valoración. Será un placer volver a recibirles cuando regresen a Benidorm.

Excellent service and location

Excellent location and extraordinary service from all the workers, from Jairo to Belén, Naveed, Carmen, Neus, etc. We come every year because it is a quality hotel, the service is wonderful, the food is homemade and delicious, and the location is very close to the beach. We love RH Sol. Totally recommended.
