Checking in was smooth and the door codes were received before we left the UK
Rooms were nice, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Good location, quiet but close to some lovely bars and restaurants. Only criticism would be the size of the roof terrace and pool. We didn’t manage to spend any time there as there are very few beds and were always occupied (or unoccupied but with towels on them for most of the day) We would definitely stay again.

A short vacation turned into a nightmare.
Stained sheets upon our arrival, and only after three days were we able to get them changed after discussing with the cleaning service.
Queen room with a sea view, but the view was a row of shoes on the windowsills just two meters away.
Nonexistent wardrobe, just an iron canopy with five hangers counted.
Non-functioning refrigerator with 40 degrees outside, overheating the cabinet absurdly to the point of becoming unusable.
Bathroom so small that the door opens halfway, hitting the sink cabinet.
There are 15 cm between the sink and the toilet; if you weigh more than 45 kg, you cannot stand in front of it.
Soap dispenser that leaked continuously, soaking the towels that were left positioned underneath. Coffee cups unusable because they were dirty .
And finally, on the second night, upon returning, the upper door frame completely detached, making passage almost impossible unless sideways.
Obviously, the request for help was useless, postponing day by day the arrival of the maintenance team that never came.
Just for the fright we experienced and the pieces of wall that fell every time we passed through that door, it would warrant a complaint!

The view shown of the property is a fraud. Use Google Maps with the address and take a look around. My mistake, I should have been more careful. The exterior picture is misleading, but the interior photos are accurate. It’s very difficult to see the hotel signs from the street, and no taxi wants to go there. Be careful.

COCKROACHES
COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM.
After my first night, I found large cockroaches (around 4–5 cm) on the floor and near the ventilation system. Since then, I have struggled to sleep because I constantly worry about finding more insects in the room.
The luggage locker system was also a complete mess. Both the on-site and online-reserved lockers were unavailable, and after more than an hour on the phone, customer service could not offer any solution. I had to wait hours with my luggage before I could check in.
Housekeeping was very poor, and customer service only apologized without offering a room change or any meaningful help.
Very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.

Great little hotel
Really great little hotel. Everything was very modern, really liked that the doors worked on a code system so no worries about losing keys etc. room was very well equipped with a nespresso coffee machine (4 pods in the room but no milk so bring some or buy some) clothes steamer and proper hair dryer.pool was small but was always quiet and had an amazing roof top view. The is complimentary lockers you can book for your luggage on the last day too. Location was great, minutes from the beach and in the old town so away from the louder bars but you could walk to the busy strip areas in about 15 minutes.
