If we travel to Alicante again, we will return safely

It has been a very pleasant experience. Very clean and welcoming hotel. Super clean and air-conditioned rooms. Also when the room service arranged, we found a detail for the 3 year old girl who accompanied us, they left a case with colors to paint, plus some snack bags. The floor is completely renovated .The super complete breakfast buffet. I want to highlight the good treatment received by all your staff, from the receptionist Javier to the lady in charge of the breakfast buffet, but especially Miss. Ana Belen at reception, as it was lovely.

Nice little hotel

Great budget hotel that needs a better rating. I don't recognize myself in the negative reactions. Clean. Mattresses good and lovely shower and funny balcony. Ideal for city trip

Excellent choice quality / price

Especially highlight the kindness of the receptionists.
The right room, with all amenities.
Very good breakfast, with a spectacular coffee maker, freshly squeezed juice and a good variety.
The most complicated thing about parking, but once you catch it quiet in the first entrance, it doesn’t have that much complication.
In short, an excellent choice in San Juan to stay, rest and discover a charming place.
We'll be back.

Very nice serviceminded staff. The breakfast was excellent. The room was nice, the bed a little bit hard but okey. We recomend tjis hotel

We chose this hotel because it said it was dog friendly. There was no outside space and we were put on the second floor. The dog was not allowed in the breakfast hall. There was no bar and no restaurant facilities. So we checked out. They refused to give a refund even though the hotel was not as described. I think they put false information in then keep the money.
