Lack of empathy and manners

We went to visit relatives staying at the campsite and upon arriving at reception there was no way to buy tickets, we had to do it online. There was no way to convince two employees who were at reception to help us, with the reception having no customers. We waited for my daughter and she helped us. Lack of manners and empathy to help two 69-year-old people.
I will not return. I do not recommend it.

Beautiful bungalows.

It is our favorite campsite. The girl always has a great time whenever we come. We love the mountains, and the bungalows they have are clean, and the grounds are wonderful.

Not for campers who cherish freedom!

Just for a spot with electricity for 60 euros, and we did not have access to the pool, which is an additional service! We are all on top of each other. We were in a converted van, it is better to sleep elsewhere.

We will certainly repeat

We went by the Diada Bridge in Catalonia and very well in general: the right facilities, the bungalow very well, the pools very fun too, but for us the gold medal is taken by the two girls of Saltipark: very but very friendly despite having so much uncontrolled child in there and always attentive to the needs of our children and that they were very young. In general, all the workers at the Berga resort have treated us to ten from the beginning to the end.
To put a but, the animation is loose so if you go for the animation maybe not your place, for the rest a 10. However, I thought the price was a little excessive, but I guess the facilities will be worth it.
We'll repeat for sure!
