Location, location! We took the train to Bilbao and the hotel is only minutes walk from the station. Then beyond that, we could walk pretty much everywhere in Bilbao. We had high street shopping on our doorstep and a 5min walk over the river to the old town.
The apartment was spacious and homely with everything we needed. You are very self-contained as the whole process is self check-in. Just note there is very limited luggage storage, so would recommend only arriving after the check-in time.

Disappointed

We were three adult people, no intimacy the double bed has no separation from the rest of the stay in the photos never show everything together so you think there is a room. We're already staying for two nights, but I don't advise it if it's three. In this case we are parents and daughter. Otherwise it's acceptable, but feeling cheated bothers me. I recommend it for two pax

Family of 4 adults used the hotel as our starting point for the Camino. Pre-arrival communications and App were great. When we arrived earlier than check-in time, we made use of the available lockers so we could tour Bilbao. Rooms were clean and spacious. However, the air conditioner or water running theough the open pipes kept some of us up most of the night. We didn't use the kitchen, but there was one for those staying longer than one night. Great economically priced and centrally located hotel for Bilbao.
