Good value

Very happy I chose the Bilbao Plaza as opposed to being in the middle of the old town. You have to really look for it tho, it's a very inconspicuous door and the parking is weird. You take your car in an elevator to the lower level, but it worked. Can't remember the cost. One of the workers was especially sweet, we got a free water and treat when we checked in. Room was a good size with good TV and view over the water. But the bathroom had a very slippery shower, small sink and bad toilet paper. Overall a good value.

Central location

Excellent hotel for the location in the center, otherwise so-so. Old and very damp room (in fact, in the first room we had there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, but they were kind and changed it for us). International breakfast but some savory items were missing, like eggs.
I recommend it only for the location and the "reasonable" price compared to other hotels in the center

Very well located, quiet, clean and modern. For price and rating, it is a good choice in the city centre.

The proximity to important sites, the old town, and other significant places.

Very good location, clean, they provide excellent service, it is next to the river, the old town, everything is very convenient. A refrigerator with water as a welcome detail or a coffee maker with at least two coffee capsules is missed; replenishing the gels, even if you bring your own, if forgotten, they do not replenish, although I asked at the reception and they provided them without issue. That was lacking compared to the price.
