Este huesped al realizar el check-in comentó que quería abandonar la habitación a las 16.00, se le dijo que no era posible, ya que la hora de salida es a las 11.30 y se necesitaba la habitación para otros huespedes.
Al día siguiente antes de realizar el check-out salieron a correr y llegaron a las 11.25 a la pensión, en ese momento se dispusieron a ducharse, y ya se les comentó que la habitación la tenian que dejar en 5 minutos, les dí 10 minutos de cortesía (cosa que no tenemos que hacer ya que solo tenemos 1 hora para limpiar, y si ellos se van tarde, nosotros tenemos menos tiempo para limpiar).
Cuando salieron del baño eran las 11.40 y y aun asi, con tono jocoso, que les diera mas tiempo para vestirse y terminar de organizar sus cosas.
Acabas sintiendo que se rien de ti. Y aun asi resulta que les hechas de malas maneras... decir la verdad y no reir las gracias no es echar a alguien de malas maneras. los maleducados y descarados fueron ellos.
Aún así cuando hicieron el check-out eran las 11.55, por que solo tuvimos 35 minutos para limpiar.

Surprisingly modern, very clean, good location.
It is also surprisingly modern and the room is spacious and clean. Wifi is good, staff is helpful and the toilets are huge!
It can get quite noisy at night, though. This is always the bad side of being surrounded by restaurants in a lively neighborhood. I was very satisfied and recommend it.

Good location, decent quality, very noisy
Good location, around the corner from Plaza Nueva in the old town.
Two bathrooms to share amoung the guests.
Negatives are it is on the 4th floor, no elevator, and whenever the phone rings or the someone rings the door you can hear it throughout the whole pension. People rang at all hours of the night, at the door and the telephone. The owners should have more respect for the guests and turn off the ringer to the phone and door so that the whole pension does not have to hear it when someone rings the door.
Until they fix door bell and phone, I would not recommend this place if you want to get some sleep. If they fix the door bell system and telephone, then this would be a top place to stay for the money.

Imposible descansar
Lo más importante ...descansar fue imposible,Durante toda la noche gente de fiesta,gritos,peleas,y a las 7 de la mañana la brigada de limpieza con el agua a presión.....Una odisea....
