A nice little hotel

New hotel, great, clean, in the old town of Bilbao. Very nice, loved the detail of the free coffee. I was on business during the week and actually I was able to work something in the common area and then go out to enjoy the old town.

Total fiasco. Room door wouldn't close and completely dirty.

The room door wouldn't close. The windows overlooked a tiny courtyard full of trash. An all-black julo to hide the dirt, as it was evident that the cleaning service had not passed through.
The sheets were stained, with hair and totally wrinkled.
The toilet was full of urine and debris. A public toilet would have been cleaner.
The room conditions were so deplorable, we requested cancellation and refund of the money.

Nice place but could do better

The location is great and the room
Very nicely decorated. Comfy bed. What let’s it down is the lack of coffee pods for the machine - provided for 1 serving only and when we asked for more we were told they only provide what was given and we needed to buy them for the other 3 days. It doesn’t seem much of a cost to make a big difference to your holiday. The room is a bit unfinished - there were gas pipes coming out the wall but not a big deal. It would have been nice to have the room cleaned as well.

Be careful

Be careful they are literally thieves they charged me with a 90% fee without telling me when I paid for the room already read all the terms and conditions twice and it's simply not there, it's a scam pure and simple be advised do not come here

The toilet 1 meter from the bed separated by a Plexiglas wall. Zero privacy. Suffocating.

It's okay if you're alone in the room. Awkward room dimensions, the toilet is separated from the room with a Plexiglas wall through which every slight noise is heard. They do not make the bed or change the sheets, there are 2 coffee pods and they finish and are not added even on request. I arrived and I had not received the access codes, I had to call the call center and stay at the tel 15 min. The only good thing is the location. I wouldn't even go back for free.
