Accommodation in old town of Bilbao

Victorooms is located in the old quarter on a shopping street. our room had a window on the interior space, not on the street, which made it fairly quiet but there was little airflow (it was very hot in Bilbao).
The room and bathroom were clean. the bathroom is on the cramped side. Communication ran through the booking app, not only about check-in, but also about information about the area (restaurants, etc).
Extra things are available on request (including fan).
there is also a general small kitchen and fridge.

Cozy hotel with a great location

Small, cozy room in a really great location. The staff is nice and easygoing. Practical: There is a microwave, dishes on-site, and a refrigerator with a private compartment.
Only small drawback: It gets a bit hot in the room, but a fan is available, which provides relief.
Overall a very nice accommodation, would love to come back!

Lovely Accommodation in a Fantastic Location

Great location in the middle of the old town. Lovely bars for quality pinxtos and wine very nearby.
Liked the shared kitchen facility, even if just to make a cup of tea or coffee. There is a fridge for guest use too.
Our room (exterior with balcony) was very comfortable and a good size. Bathroom was large and spotless. It was very useful to be able to use the left-luggage facility on our check-out day.
We didn’t notice any street noise, but did sleep with the balcony doors closed. Not sure how it would be if the doors were open. The property doesn’t have air-conditioning so, if sleeping with the doors open, there would likely be a bit of street noise. However, it is a pedestrian street. Communication with Bosco via WhatsApp worked well.
The Guggenheim is a 20-25 minute-walk along the river. Bilbao is a lovely city, and we hope to return.

Bad experience

I did not use the accommodation due to a family problem. It is a mere business in which profit over people prevails. I wanted to meet Bilbao, I hope to have the opportunity to go again. I don't know if I'll take this place again or not.
