The condition of the hotel

Bad experience; it is a well-located hotel but with very outdated facilities and old-fashioned decor. You can see marks from users on furniture, walls, and rooms. I do not recommend it. Basic breakfast based on industrial pastries and processed ham, pre-frozen bread, and sugary juices.

Two and a half stars

This hotel is worth a stop only for the price. The property is located a 10-minute walk from the center and has parking for 13 euros per day. The entrance is anonymous and the rooms are medium-sized, the bathroom is equipped with a bidet but there is only one soap/shampoo dispenser. Closet, TV, empty minibar, the window overlooks the street but you don't hear any noise, standard breakfast. The hotel, while efficient, shows its age. The cleanliness is fine, even though when we entered the room a spiderweb on the ceiling had been missed. More two than three stars

Awful in relaxing stay filled with stress

This was a very disappointing visit from the minute we checked in about. We booked the hotel due to it having a car park . On arrival the staff told us that our car was too big and we would have to find a place on the street . We asked about safety they said it was safe . We were disappointed we couldn’t park in the car park . Once checked in which took forever finding a parking space . The room was hot and quite noisy due to being on a main rd . The air con was extremely noisy which kept me awake . Due to it being the World Cup we asked to watch a special match for us . The staff had no idea what channel it could be on one of the most important events in any Country . We tried to watch on our phones no Wi-Fi in the room it wouldn’t connect . On the second day we had to come back to put a ticket on our car every 2 hours . At 4 we returned and someone had stolen our number plate. We asked the hotel to call the police and were told we needed to attend the police station and spent 4 hours at the station . It took away the shine of our holiday our time wasted due putting parking tickets on the car and then a visit to the local police station . This wouldn’t have happened had we been able to go in the car park . We wouldn’t have booked the hotel had we known this . I am asking for a refund for a terrible experience definitely not a holiday
