Wedding... Super location great food nice staff ...

We stayed at a wedding of ours not in this super nice great place in Mallorca. The whole facility is very large and top. The staff are very nice and friendly. Das Essen wow Top.

super hotel, half board, food and breakfast very good, staff very friendly, nice quiet pools, lots of wasps poolside, but fortunately not aggressive, only downside is busy road 100m from the beautiful terrace, plan to go back again Erik and Irene

Fantastic wedding, beautiful surroundings

What a lovely place and perfect setting for a magical wedding.
We stayed for 3 nights for a friends wedding and it was perfect from start to finish.
The service was outstanding and professional.
The food at every meal was great. There was an extensive choice at breakfast choice and it was difficult to make a decision.
Would recommend..an idyllic location.

Unfortunately, at second glance, not satisfactory.

First of all - we booked the complex because of the good reviews. Since we booked at the end of April, we wanted a hotel with a spa.
The complex is very spacious and quaintly beautiful. Nice big rooms and a very good breakfast. 2 outdoor pools, which we couldn't use because of the low temperatures, a tennis court. Spa area very small, you always have to register and can only use the complex for an hour. Spa consists of an old sauna and a pool. Fitness room very small with old, partially broken equipment. But it is advertised completely differently on the Internet. Now to the restaurant... we were presented with a small menu, there was nothing a la carte or you had to order a day in advance. We have never experienced anything like this in a 4 star hotel. Overall, unfortunately very disappointing, we won't be coming again.
