Off the beaten track but well sign posted
We stayed in a lovely one bed-roomed apartment at Las Colinas. The apartment had everything you could wish for (except a kettle!!). Great and very clean swimming pool and friendly owners. Rather off the beaten track but well signposted from Benamocarra. Quiet, peaceful and rural.

Not good at all
Our one-bedroomed apartment was OK but felt rather cold and damp. The only heating was a tiny oil-filled radiator, so we could either heat the living area or the bedroom but not both. The kitchen only had 2 rings - a bit limiting. After 2 days it stopped working and the washing machine also stopped working. It was really difficult to get anyone to look at these as there was no-one on site to tell. Eventually a friend rang them and told them and someone turned up after we had gone to bed - so it didn't get fixed. we had arranged for someone to meet us at the gate to the apartments (at the end of a long driveway). As we walked towards the gate my husband was bitten on the thigh by one of the dogs that were roaming around the property. As we were leaving at the end of the stay I was able to tell the person who took my key and then later on I got a phone call from someone who did not identify herself, but kept shouting at me for not telling them sooner. I would have done if I could have.
The last night of our stay was even worse than the previous 6 days as a very large and very noisy group arrived and kept us awake until 4 in the morning,

Peligroso llegar
Los apartamentos están muy bien y el paisaje es muy bonito, pero es muy peligroso llegar, incluso para muy buenos conductores y en plena luz del día. Tuvimos que irnos a los dos días, creíamos que una de las veces teníamos algún accidente. El tenis estaba en mal estado y el ruido de los vecinos nos hizo tener las ventanas cerradas.
No ir si no conoces bien el camino, eres buen conductor y quieres estar ahí sin moverse

Apartamentos las colinas velez malaga
Apartamento, bien y acogedor, los dueños muy majos.
La parte negativa un camino de cabras sin asfaltar para llegar a ellos, sino tienes una 4x4 no subas, porque es subir una colina...y es bordear la comuna una pesadilla....

Como un buen apartamento se puede convertir en un infierno
Estuve con mi pareja durante una semana en estos apartamentos al principio del verano. La llegada a la zona es complicada porque durante bastante tramo se va por un camino rural en muy malas condiciones, pero está bien indicado y se encuentra fácil. El apartamento en si estaba muy bien. Todo muy limpio y con algunos electrodomésticos nuevos (si bien, el sillón cama era para llorar, pero era lo único que estaba mal). La piscina, el rato que pudimos verla entera, está muy bien, el agua muy limpia y no está mal de tamaño. A muy pocos metros de la piscina se encuentra la barbacoa. Tanto la primera como la segunda, están a disposición de los clientes en cualquier momento del día, insisto, EN CUALQUIER MOMENTO. Con lo cual algo que tendría que ser un plus de los apartamentos, si te tocan vecinos, maleducados, escandalosos y sin ningún respecto, ni a las tres de la mañana, se convierte en la razón por la que no volveremos a esos apartementos nunca más. En mi opinión, para poder tener la piscina y la barbacoa a disposición del cliente durante todo el día y toda la noche, hay que tener una fe excesiva en la educación de la gente. O eso, o tener un poco de precaución y estar pendiente de que el resto de inquilinos no estén pagando con sus vacaciones, la falta de respeto de unos pocos. Son apartamentos rurales, en medio de la montaña, alejados de la costa. Los que vamos a ese tipo de alojamientos, buscamos tranquilidad, paisajes que disfrutar y la relajación que en nuestro día a día no tenemos. Que te estropeen tus pocos días de descanso un tropel de gente sin ningún respecto y a los propietarios les de lo mismo, es una pena y un dinero muy mal invertido.
