Excellent

Incredible price, incredible service. That comes before everything. I can assure you that in the area there are hotels that would love to have such detailed and good service as I received here. Without a doubt, I will repeat as many times as necessary. -Erik

Find another option

Doing the Camino and being 5' from the historic center is not an excuse for lack of maintenance, see photos. If the owner is not happy with his workers, it is not right that he puts a mega row in front of the customers. Photos of the property nothing to do with reality. Lucky it was only one night.

Nice Room, but Weak, Unstable WiFi

Friendly staff, a nice hostel. But no lockable lockers that I could find. Nothing much around the hostel.
Prior to arrival I tried to contact Albergue las Veletas but it does not have an email address on its website. Only contactable by telephone, not helpful when you need bus station transfer directions. When I finally received the emailed directions through my booking site, I was told to take a bus to a particular stop, and then 'we are just 5 minutes from there'. '5 minutes?' What, North? South? East? Up? Down? I arrived during rain showers and had to scramble to find this hostel and arrived there soaking wet.
WiFi: was just ONE NOTCH Above Poor, Weak, unstable signal, one device not able to connect at all. Complete all time sensitive online tasks before checking into Albergue las Veletas

INDIGNANTE....

Después de haber pasado una gran Pandemia con el COVID 19, como puede haber lugares como este, lo de ser un albergue no tiene que ser una excusa con la falta de limpieza y higiene por todo las instalaciones, a 5 minutos del casco antiguo de la ciudad es lamentable que se aproveche por eso, las fotos de la empresa nada tiene que ver con la realidad, camas malísimas y de dudosa limpieza.. cada cual juzgue con los hechos, yo lo expongo y que decidan los futuros huéspedes... si tienen valor...

Localización céntrica e instalaciones impecables

Me alojé dos noches en el albergue las veletas, ya que actualmente me encuentro haciendo el camino de Santiago, pero un día quise desplazarme a Malpartida.
El albergue se encuentra a escasos minutos de el casco histórico de la ciudad, lo cual es bastante conveniente. Además hay supermercados cercanos al mismo.
Cuenta con cocina y áreas comunes para sociabilizar. También tiene un patio exterior con pileta donde se puede lavar la ropa a mano.
Las habitaciones son amplias y modernas, al igual que el cuarto de baño. Las camas son muy cómodas.
El personal y el trato también son impecables.
Disponen de Wi-Fi
