Lack of professionalism, zero transparency and services that do not correspond to what is offered

We booked this hotel by the pool, fundamental traveling with two young children and with 41 °C temperature. At no time were we informed that the treatment plant was not working and that the water was unhealthy, despite asking the staff several times. No one from the hotel told us; we had to find out from other guests. This lack of information posed a very serious risk to the health of our children.
In addition, the Front Desk Service was very poor: the check-in was poor and at check-out we lost almost an hour, because there were no staff available and the person who was there did not even know if we had paid.
In short: lack of professionalism, zero transparency and services that do not correspond to what is offered. Very disappointing and not recommended.

Practical and comfortable

Ideal location at the entrance of prisons, even in front of the national. With practiced economic values and breakfast included. Infrastructure needs maintenance but is comfortable. Breakfast has some choice and time suitable for travellers.
