A great family holiday
I have just arrived home from a week at this hotel with my wife and 2 year old son.
Room:
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment in D block. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed including a fridge and microwave. The balcony was huge and very secure so we could let our son roam free without the worry of him falling or escaping. Overall the room was perfect for our needs!
Food & drinks:
We were all inclusive so could make the most of unlimited drinks and access to the buffet restaurant at the designated times. The soft and alcoholic drink selection was good, there was plenty to choose from. San Miguel on tap which was a bonus!
The only annoying thing was the new token system! When you arrive at the hotel you are each given a single token which you need to hand over at the bars to get any drink. Once you finish your drink you need to keep hold of your cup to either get another drink or get your token back. While I understand this is to stop people leaving cups everywhere around the pool, it is incredibly frustrating when you want to order more than one drink. When you've paid a lot of money I think you should be able to order as many drinks as you want! Especially when they only come in tiny cups. Also the bar staff refused to fill my own plastic pint cup which makes no sense at all!
The food we found very good with loads to choose from. Loads of fresh salad and plenty of meat options every single night. My two year old loved trying all the different sea food! We are quite an adventurous family when it comes to food and we thought there was lots of variety.
Pools & water park
The pools were excellent and impeccably clean. It was 30°c all week and we thought the pools were the perfect temperature to keep you cool.
The water park across the road was just amazing! My 2 year old son had the best time going on the slides. It was probably the highlight of our holiday! And you can still get all your drinks at the bar plus loads of fast food cooked fresh to order all inclusive. This is a major positive for this hotel if anyone was planning to come with kids or teenagers!
Entertainment:
We didn't really watch much of the evening entertainment due to being back at the room by 9ish as our toddler was knackered. But our son loved the mini disco along with all the other children. Just a note the entertainment can be quite loud so best to request a room further away from the stage like we did if you have little ones going to bed earlier.
Atmosphere:
We found the atmosphere around the hotel to be great! Very family orientated so expect lots of kids running around playing. But no blaring loud music like other hotels which we liked a lot! The staff were very friendly and always said hello. Overall it was just a great vibe!
Overall we had a fantastic holiday and we will seriously consider booking up to come again.

Family stay
Spacious apartment and lovely big balcony !!. Good food. Drinks fine. No dramas at all, just all easy going. Nice area with coves. Not near to main things and bigger beaches unless driving or happy to travel but we had two young kids so our plan was to do little. We got the bus into town and had a couple of days at the included waterpark and Cala blanes beach. All was so great with kids and the hotel was relaxed and fun. Amazing pools, sheltered playground was good. Jimmy hills nearby is a must for kids entertainment. I felt this was better than the hotel kids disco. Personally I feel they could jazz up that a bit. Overall really great and recommend . Our kids were one and four x x

Lovely family get away
Arrived with very mixed feelings due to the amount of negative feedback I had read before our trip.
Upon arrival, we were advised that our room would not be ready until 12pm, but we were welcome to use all the facilities in the meantime. At 12pm, we were then told the room was still not ready and to go and have some lunch before coming back. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting until around 2pm before we could access our room.
We booked a two-bedroom apartment, which was very spacious. There were two balconies – a small one at the front and another off the master bedroom at the rear. The hairdryer was quite poor, and we experienced limited hot water, although we were probably using it during peak times. The rooms were cleaned daily.
The pools were lovely, and there always seemed to be plenty of sun loungers available. There were no large groups causing any issues, which made for a relaxing atmosphere.
One downside was that the soft drinks didn’t taste quite as expected (Coke, Fanta, 7Up, Pepsi, etc.). Also, the slush drinks were not included in the all-inclusive package.
Food was always going to be a challenge for our family as we are very particular eaters, but we generally managed to find something. The water park was a massive hit with the little ones, and the snack options there were lovely.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a good holiday. However, despite the positives, we probably wouldn’t return to this hotel in the future.

Great Family Hotel and staff
Its our second stay here and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Its clean, the food is good and with access to the water park next door the kids are always entertained.
They have introduced a token system for drinks which stops people ordering on mass... or getting too drunk!! And I think this is a good addition.
Cliff jumping is only a short walk away, just keep an eye out for Jelly Fish!
One downside is the typical towels put out early sunbed hoggers. The hotel dont seem to want to tackle this. There are plenty of bed available though.

Great stay
Just returned from a great stay.
I’m a very picky eater but managed a variety of pizza/pasta/chips/salad, the rest of the group had different meat, fish and veg options. Always had plenty of bread as well. The desserts were generally very good. Only negative is at busy times (which seemed to be different each day) the replenishment was slow.
You get tokens for your cups which in theory means you don’t get cups lying all around the pool as you do at other resorts. Soft drinks were Pepsi/Pepsi Max which was great.
We were in an apartment which had plenty of space and a good sized balcony, only thing was it was 3rd floor with no lift. Not an issue for us once the cases were in but our neighbours had 2 pushchairs.
The water park was good for different ages and also included with stay. You can get drinks and snacks there if you are AI.
Managed to get beds round the pool and the water park without much problem.
I would watch as there is lots of extras that aren’t included with all inclusive (branded ice cream, pop corn) so with younger children can add a bit onto the daily spend.
Would definitely visit again.
