Charming hotel

Very central hotel and very well maintained. Comfortable beds. Good deal. David, very attentive even though the staff was scarce. Makes me want to come back.

Dismal customer service

After 5 hours of travel, we arrived at the hotel located in the square. In front of the hotel they have coffee tables and you have to pass through the genius. You come in and no one's in reception. A waitress, unkind, asks us what we want and when she says "we're coming to the hotel", she replies that the cheking is not until 16.00 h and leaves. Surprised, we hope you cross again and ask if we can't talk to someone at reception. After a while, a gentleman appears, just as kind as the waitress, and repeats that the cheking is not until 16.00 (it was 14.00 h), that is if he told us that we had to pay him at that moment the whole stay. We pay and ask again where we can leave the bags. Answer "right here" (entrance to the cafeteria and bathrooms). When you come at 4 p.m., you'll be in your room. We'll be back at 16.00. Nobody in reception. After waiting for someone to come, another waitress gives us the key. The bags are gone. Again we go downstairs and nobody in reception. Small room, with paper walls. You hear everything in and everything out. No soundproofing. Coffee shop open until 11.30 or 12 nights. If you have a problem, the waiters solve it. All from bad to worse. We decided to leave. Of course we didn't get our money back. And when we left, there was still no one in reception. NEFARIOUS experiences. DISMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The Suite "Els ports" clean and very correct. In the restaurant many pretensions in menu, kitchen and room, but the quality of the menu very fair.

YOU CAN'T SLEEP BELLS AT ALL HOURS

As soon as you arrive there is no one in reception you have to call and wait for him to come. The regulin room, fair room and the most painful thing is the bell tower, all night you hear bells in duplicate, I do not understand why they are not removed at night is a suffering and in reception there was no one to comment on such incidence.

Excellent experience!

Excellent! Lovely staff, very nice rooms and full services. All flawless! The bar service very well, the tapas perfect and the waiter very professional and helpful. Nothing rigid with schedules. We stayed three nights and everything perfect. Do not stop going if you go through the area!
