NOT RECOMMENDED. A FIASCO.

The check-in time was not respected. The floor was not ready. The cleaning guy was still doing the floor when we arrived. He asked us for more time and we had to go eat. Upon returning, with the news that the air conditioning does not work. Middle of summer, 38 degrees at its peak, and this place is a hellhole. We reported it, they told us they would send someone in 30 minutes. After almost 3 hours passed, we left when they told us via WhatsApp that they were sorry but that it would be impossible to send someone today.
I'm here with two kids, it's impossible to be here. We are sweating like crazy, it's disgusting. On top of that, I took off my sneakers and walked around the floor and my socks and my kid's, were black. That's how filthy the floor is, how disgusting.
These people's policies say there are no refunds... It's not that we canceled, it's not that we made changes, it's that YOU CANNOT BE HERE without air conditioning. They sell something that it isn't. By the way, and speaking of this, congratulations to the photographer who took the pictures for this place. The photos are infinitely cooler than what it really is. Everything is bad. Goodbye forever.

While the location and actual space was what we were looking for the communication with host was the worst we have experienced. There was a terrible water leak in one of the bathrooms that made it unusable. We messaged the host everyday we were there explaining what was happening and that it was getting worse everyday, we never had a response. We found a member of the cleaning staff one morning, they took pictures and still nothing happened. Based on the amount of damage before we even checked in this was very obviously a pre existing issue.
