The Sant Joan festival!
We have celebrated the Feast of San Juan, and it has been a fantastic experience.
The hotel, in general, is very clean, renovated, and has high-quality rooms. Ours was modern and comfortable, with a spacious shower, a separate toilet with a glass enclosure, and soap dispensers both in the shower and at the sink, a detail we particularly appreciated.
The dining room is comfortable, clean, and offers very good food. We especially loved the chicken, the mashed potatoes, and the boletus croquettes. They were finger-licking good!
Additionally, all the staff were very friendly, attentive, and nice, making us feel at home throughout our stay.
To celebrate the feast, we enjoyed music with a DJ, were offered rum cremat and coca de Sant Joan, and the atmosphere was unbeatable.
We had a wonderful time! Without a doubt, a highly recommended experience and a hotel we would like to return to. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not comfortable
The bed is extremely uncomfortable and, in my opinion, it should be replaced. The air conditioning barely cools the room, and the refrigerator hardly works at all. When I made my reservation, I noticed that almost all rooms included a kettle and tea, but my room has neither, even after I asked about it. The hotel also feels poorly ventilated, and the room is missing several basic amenities. I’m still waiting for the air conditioning to start working properly. Overall, this has been a very disappointing stay.

Experience could be greatly improved.
It is completely UNACCEPTABLE AND PATHETIC that in a 4-star hotel, the TV does not work. Through antenna, it was impossible to watch, and even if it were connected to the internet, the quality of the wifi was terrible. Two complaints to customer service, and zero responses.

Lovely Hotel in a great location - But!!
My partner and I stayed for 5 nights at the DWO Les Palmeres last week.
Check in was fast and friendly and we were allocated a room in the new part of the hotel which was very clean and modern. We had a very comfortable large bed and the bathroom was great with 2 sinks and a great rain shower. Our balcony was furnished with a table, chairs and 2 sun loungers.
The only downside with the room was the lack of storage space. There were no drawers and only 2 shelves and hanging space. My partner lived out of his suitcase for the majority of our stay.
The main issue I had was the food.
Breakfast:
They ran out of plain yogurt after day 3 so there was only banana or strawberry flavours. There a couple of cereal options and fruit.
The bacon was never cooked properly and looked very anaemic.
Evening meal:
There was always a choice of meat and fish on the grill, which looked very presentable. I tried a burger one evening and it was very undercooked, so I just opted for the minimalistic salad that was on offer.
Overall, we enjoyed a pleasant stay but I would not rate this a 4 star hotel.
