View earns a 4 star
I am giving 4 star for the beautiful sea view and cleanliness. If you are after a quiet hotel to rest your head then I’d recommend. Also staff in restaurant at breakfast are so helpful and courteous. Rooms cleaned regularly and always fresh towels etc. It does however feel functional rather than luxury.
However if you are after summer vibes, atmosphere, great food, somewhere to stay in the evening and socialise I would not recommend this hotel. It’s personal choice.
There is no entertainment at all (peak August!), we ate once in restaurant at night and we didn’t return, staff great, just very limited.
Location is on hill between Palmanova and Magaluf, the hill is absolutely fine it’s only 10 minute either direction and view from the pool is lovely.
N.B. You cannot swim next to the hotel, although steps its dangerous- very! - walk to beaches (10 min).
Nice air con gym with great view.
If you’ve booked here you’ll have a lovely stay and there were no major concerns but it was just far too quiet with no atmosphere for what we enjoy.

Our recent ' family ' holiday
A beautiful hotel ,with beautiful views over looking the ocean, located in a good place so you can either have peace and tranquility. Or step not too far away from the hotel for the busyness of either Palma Nova or Magaluf ( both can be walked to )
The bedrooms are lovely ( we had a double with sea view ) the staff are lovely, the cleanliness of the hotel was good,
The pool area is lovely ( no sun bed wars whilst we were there ) However, we made a regular comment on the fact there was nothing for children to do, and it looked visually like a couples hotel , around the swimming pool area!
There was not much life to the restaurant in the evening, so my suggestion would be don't waste money on half board , just go for breakfast and eat out each night.
We had a lovely break and would recommend the hotel but the whole experience was missing something ' special ' for us,

Spa couples visit.
We went for the couples package in the spa. Gloria and Rosa did an amazing job! It was such a comfortable atmosphere and the treatments were done with clear care and diligence. I have never felt so relaxed in my entire life, hands down the best spa and staff I have ever been to.
We both left feeling amazing, relaxed and extremely happy. You get so much more for your money, the value is amazing. I can not recommend this spa enough. And I can not express how lovely the staff were and our two lovely ladies that made me feel so regenerated and relaxed. Will be back simply for the spa. Thank you so much!
