Located in front of the sea in one of the most exclusive areas of Illetas, it is the perfect place for those looking for a getaway with style, relaxation and unbeatable views of the bay of Palma.

I would definitely go back.
Fantastic hotel, excellent location near Playa de Illetas and Cala Comtessa, in a few minutes by car you arrive in Palma and Magaluf, with many parking spaces in the area. The property is a few years old but it is worthy, the rooms are clean and all the services are functional (for minimal problems encountered there was always someone to take care of it in zero time), we particularly appreciated the indoor pool with the jacuzzi, the gym and the spa, as well as obviously the outdoor pools and the possibility of swimming in the beautiful sea in front of the complex (it would be nice if inflatable loungers/donuts were available as the property opposite does). excellent service of beach towels always available and clean for guests.
The staff is really kind, my favorites were Fabian and Eva, but all the other collaborators also did a great job; I had sent several emails before arrival for questions and clarifications and the answers received were always exhaustive and timely.
The cuisine is excellent, the buffet very varied and many dishes change from day to day. at breakfast it would be optimal to have a slightly wider choice of sweets, the savory is really vast. For dinner, the appetizers are very good, the meat and fish are cooked on the spot and have always been very good, the dessert buffet is abundant. there is also a part with typical foods of Mallorca, much appreciated.
Every evening there are activities such as live music and small shows, very pleasant to follow, as well as the yoga class at dawn.
I would definitely choose this hotel again, both for this vacation and for a possible new stay in the future!

Stunning sea views
Beautiful simple hotel , very clean , lovely helpful staff , breakfast was good
Rooms were nice , comfy beds
We had a sea view what was beautiful definitely a must , the only negative about the room was apart from the bathroom there were no mirrors which really was needed !
5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach €35 for a bed worth going
There's nothing round the hotel apart from a small supermarket and 2 small restaurants / bar , you had to walk a good way for more or catch the number 4 bus €2 right outside the hotel
Rooms were nice , comfy beds

Great Atmosphere
I’m so glad we chose Roc hotel for our holidays!

The service was amazing, all the staff from reception to gardeners above and beyond to help us with any questions. Diego and the the lovely “bald guy” at the reception were great!!
Hotel cleaning was spotless and the mades were very good.
Close to restaurants, beach, markets and Palma centre just 20mins away.

Lovely Stay
We had a lovely stay we had a two bedroom suite and had everything we needed. The room was cleaned and we had fresh towels every day. The staff were lovely.

10/10 experience
I would never want to stay anywhere else in Mallorca. The location, is perfect with a bus stop outside to Palma and a short walk to a bus for Portals Nous. The rooms have always been perfect and clean as we have stayed in various room types. The amenities are very good and the staff are absolutely amazing.
