A wonderful experience!
Our stay at Samos hotel was one of the best experiences ever. The staff were warm and welcoming .Juan at reception was so helpful and very patiently guided us to local attractions and amenities. The rooms were clean, comfortable and we felt like royalty there.
The breakfast and dinner buffet had loads to choose from and was absolutely delicious.
We promise to return again soon and would recommend anyone visiting Mallorca to stay at Samos.
It was truly an incredible experience and a dream come true

Beware room choice!
I read the reviews before booking, mention of noise, take ear plugs etc but I think you can't under estimate the hotel being next to the biggest nightclub in Europe, although lucky for us it was only open at the weekend, the hotel however does overlook The Square so noise levels are high until at least 2am. Couldn't open the doors for air due to this, air con was useless throughout the hotel, this would've been a bigger problem at the height of the season. Always a wait for the lifts as they are so small, we walked to the 3rd floor regularly, but something to consider if you're not as able bodied.
But……. hotel was very clean everywhere, staff were great, food as expected, lots of choice, cooked fresh, drinks what you expect from an all inclusive package. Safe to walk locally, shops and beach close by with lots of great bars for predinner drinks. Spent a day at the Shallow Sun Club which comes highly recommended. Plenty of beds by the pool, zero tolerance from staff regarding behaviour which was great to see.

I'd recommend this hotel for the price but definitely book a room overlooking the pool area to counteract the noise disturbance which really was our only complaint.

Nice hotel, rude management
Hotel Samos was a lovely hotel but it did have some cons. The pool area was lovely and clean and the bar staff were very friendly too. The breakfast was average but still nice and had a wide selection. The hotel is in really good location of the beach, restaurants, shops and the strip.
Our Air conditioning was not working and after calling the reception team 4 times to ask them to fix it, they informed me that I wasn’t able to have the air conditioning on as it’s not ‘in season’. I explained that our room was unbearably hot and it was 26 degrees and our friends who was staying on floor 2 had air conditioning, they told me it’s because they were in a junior suite. I asked for my room to be moved, which they refused, so I then asked to speak to the manager. After waiting 5 minutes for someone to locate the manager, I was then told that he was too busy and didn’t want to talk to me. I was given a piece of paper to write my concerns down and that was it. I then asked again to speak to the manager face to face and I was told ‘he doesn’t want to talk to you sorry’. My room was unbearably hot and I was given no support from any of the staff to help me further with this. Disgusting management and no urge to help me.
The 2 out of 3 lifts were also broken and were not attempted to be fixed for the 4 days we were there.

I stayed at Hotel Samos in Mallorca for 7 days, from April 20th to April 28th, together with my sisters. We were very pleased with the room we received – it had a fantastic view of the pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The food was good and varied, with plenty of options to choose from each day. Dinner was especially pleasant thanks to the amazing service provided by Cristhian, Mauricy, and Miquelitto. They were always smiling, always ready to help, and genuinely kind.
The best bar team without a doubt was Gerardo, Peter, and Cristhian. They created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us want to come back to the bar every day. It's worth mentioning that Cristhian is not present at the bar often enough – his energy and friendliness bring the place to life, and guests clearly enjoy his presence. The three of them – Gerardo, Peter, and Cristhian – are truly the heart of Hotel Samos.
Moreno is also a great guy – always positive and polite, he leaves a really good impression.
Unfortunately, not all staff members left a positive impression. Ricardo, one of the waiters, was completely inappropriate. From the first time we saw him, he appeared as if he was under the influence of something. His behavior was unprofessional – he made odd faces at us and engaged in uncomfortable, inappropriate conversations. We had the strong impression that our presence annoyed him. He was tactless and unpleasant, and honestly, we hope never meet him again.
On a brighter note, the hotel’s animators were fantastic – incredibly friendly, approachable, and full of positive energy. Their smiles were contagious, and they made a real effort to involve guests in activities and ensure everyone had a great time.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay thanks to the amazing team at Hotel Samos (especially at the bar and in the dining area), and we would gladly return – hopefully without crossing paths with Ricardo again

Great hotel
Just arrived home from a stay at this hotel and we really enjoyed it.
Pros
-Clean spacious rooms
-Lots of beds by the pool
-Cocktails included in all inclusive
-Food was always spot on with lots of choice for everyone (we are very picky and still found things to eat every day)
-Staff are all very friendly
-i got a free bottle of wine for my birthday!
-close to lots of things, but not too close to the strip that it’s noisy
-good nighttime entertainment

-cleaners start cleaning VERY early in the morning (7am) which woke us up every morning without fail, they also entered the room even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door waking us up!
-the walls are quite thin and we could hear the people in the room next door to us snoring pretty much every night
Overall I would say this hotel is great unless your a light sleeper!
