Absolutely perfect
I arrived at the hotel and instantly thought wow how beautiful the destination is. The room was stunning with huge comfy beds , a stunning balcony view of the pool and crystal blue sea . But a massive part of why i loved the hotel was the staff . Such kind and caring people who went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay . The housekeepers all were so polite and friendly, the entertainers purely enjoyed there job. I unfortunately fell ill this holiday and had an ambulance called, the staff made sure to call in and check on how I was and if they could do anything to help . The food was amazing and had such a huge variety you simply couldn’t complain . I had the best holiday and would definitely come back and will continue recommending this amazing hotel !!!

Great stay
I would like to say thank you to all team for an amazing stay! I was celebrating my 40th birthday and hotel went extra mile to put a cake and bottle champagne in the room. Also some cake was delivered to the room on actual day of birth. I definitely recommending this hotel. Only one down size was kitchen staff came across rude (maybe language barrier) at the life cooking counter and fish usually was uncooked. We asked for fish to be cooked properly and got told no. However actual experience was great, and I would stay again. A tip: if you want an iron you have to leave EU20 deposit at reception desk. You will get it back on return of iron. Also, my boyfriend is a body builder and he didn't enjoy been touched by staff just because he was muscular, ones is ok in a joking way, but not several times - it does overstep personal space. This hotel perfect for couples and families with kids. Also best to book as all inclusive, because there are no shops around (only small shops) or restaurants. To get to Magaluf takes about 40 minutes walking. To get taxi is not cheap. In general, the hotel is very well looked after and clean, and the beds comfortable. Definitely I would stay again and thank you for lovely experience at your hotel.

Family friendly Hotel
We stayed at Occidental Cala Vinas in the period of April/May. It was very nice and not very busy. Awesome to relax and enjoy Mallorca. Very family and childfriendly. Animationteam was great!

Excellent stay
Just returned from 3 night stay . From start to finish what a lovely place. Rooms are lovely and beds very comfortable Staff are so polite and hardworking. Food is excellent. Great views out to sea, water is crystal clear. Room had sea view , paid a bit more for it but well worth it.Everything you need for a long weekend away relaxing. Lots of activities around pool if you want to partake. Taxi from airport 50 euros, taxi rank outside airport don’t need to book! Caught bus to PALMA which is beautiful, 1 hour bus journey 2 euros each way. Not much else in the area but don’t need to move from hotel, has everything you need.Highly recommend booking!!

Lifts broken. Room not ready. Terrible experience.

Turned up and the room isn’t ready. Superior room? Absolute joke. Sofa bed not even made up. Call them, they lie to us several times - finally send someone who dumps sheets and leaves, so we had to make the bed up.
