Great Anniversary holiday
First time at this hotel on the recommendation of my wife who was here for her God daughters hens in April. We went for our 42nd Wedding Anniversary and its the first time I've been back to Santa Ponsa in 40yrs. Im Glad I took my wife's advice as we had a tremendous time at the hotel. The hotel is a adult only hotel with four different buildings and a swimming pool in two but a roof top pool in them all. The staff were brilliant, looked after us very well. It's overlooking Santa Ponsa beach, this was a bonus, everything so close. The room we booked, premium was big, air-conditioning tea and coffee in the room a small fridge. The shower is separate from the toilet with a rainforest shower and jets that come out half way down. The pressure was great. The room was cleaned every day and clean towels. Food at the hotel is very good, variety not bad but there could be a little more fresh fruit at dinner time otherwise all was perfect. You don't need to bring your own towels with you for the pool as one is supplied and changed for a euro. There is a pool bar and food which was reasonable priced. I really enjoyed my time here and would certainly return in the near future. There is also a gym and spa which we didn't get a chance to use

Average hotel.
Paid extra for a pool view which enabled us to use the more private upstairs pool with a snack & drinks bar. Pool was tiny. 0.5m deep maybe 3 x 1.5m. Great views though.
Our snack & drinks bar didn’t open once during our 5 day stay, we had to venture all the way down to the main snack bar which is a 5/10 minute round trip - rendering the upstairs pool useless.
The room was well set out and spacious, as was the balcony. Plenty of space for clothes / toiletries etc.
However - the sink was slanted & falling off of the wall so much so that water would not flow down the plug hole it congregated at the front of the sink. The two hangers for shower towels were also the same. Towels stayed in for about 30 seconds.
We informed reception who sent a technician to check on both. The towel hanger seemed to be stuck back to the wall. Great. Hung a towel up- fell off again. The sink was just left as it was. No apparent attempt to fix it at all or mention of changing rooms.
The front facing staff & cleaners however were nice and polite. Buffet breakfast was great!

Not perfect
We booked this hotel because it is adult only and we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately a Glaswegian stag party were staying at the time and were far from quiet! Some of them were worse behaved than children.

Fantastic hotel, plenty of pools to choose from, the foods lovely here the breakfast especially % I've been coming here every year since July 2025 and I'm back twice in 2027 great staff very polite and helpful ❤️

Gem of a hotel!
Brilliant 5 nights at Reverence life. The location is excellent, mins from a beautiful beach and 5 min walk to the centre. Lovely, modern room and spotlessly clean. Excellent choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Only criticism was that at breakfast, tea coffee juice water and even Fizz included but at tea you had to pay for any drinks Inc. Water. However, it's a fabulous hotel with brilliant staff. Would definitely stay again.
