Improvement in the bathroom of the rooms in the hotel
Our stay was wonderful. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the all-inclusive package exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
The only negative aspect was that there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. We found this quite surprising and, in our opinion, it is an essential item that should be available in every hotel room. We hope you will consider improving this in the future.
Apart from this small issue, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Never again !
Do not come here the pictures are not what is here the air con does not work and if u book a standard room
Ur view is kitchen waist and bins , loose bin bags there’s no local super market either
Not one person speaks English here

Will not be returning!
Me and my friends are currently staying here and we have not been enjoying ourselves and definitely won’t be returning to this hotel.
You can’t leave your sun bed with all your belongings on it just to go to the toilet or bar otherwise the staff come around with slips and put them on your beds saying they’ll take your stuff away in 20mins if we aren’t there. We’re just constantly worried and can’t enjoy ourselves in the pool where we’re a meter away from our sun beds, it’s an absolute joke. I spoke to the staff and even they find it ridiculous and they are fed up of it too but have to do it because of their boss making them!
Let alone the pool being dirty, understandable due to the children but we have not seen anybody clean that pool once during our stay.
Secondly, the hotel is not suitable at all for self catering. No cutlery, no bowls or plates, no glasses. All you get is a tiny mini fridge that can barely hold anything and leaks.
Lastly, we asked the reception team to book us a taxi for 8pm for 4 people… Nothing came until 9pm. Every time we went in to speak to the receptionist to query if anything is coming and how late it is they just told us wait 5 more minutes and weren’t helpful at all, we started questioning if they ever called the taxi company.

Different and nice
Good hotel, made better by the guests, we found that the majority of guests were Spanish, so unlike your typical touristy hotel with different nationalities this to us was special, especially with the World Cup taking place. Room, food all ok, staff great. Never a rush for sun beds, you could get to the pool at 10:00 and still plenty to go round. We will return.

Fantastic Holida
We were very satisfied, and the kids absolutely loved it.
The room was clean and was cleaned every day. We always managed to find a spot by the pool, even though some hotel guests were already waiting at the doors early in the morning to reserve sunbeds. The sunbeds are placed very close together, but since we spent most of our time either in the pool or at the beach, we mainly used them to leave our belongings.
The beach is only about a 3-minute walk from the hotel. It was beautiful and very clean.
There was some noise until around 10:00 p.m., although I think it depends on which room you have. The loudest moment we experienced was when Spain scored against Portugal!
We paid extra for the all-inclusive package, and honestly, I don't understand the complaints about the food. Every dinner had a different theme, and there was always a good variety of dishes to choose from.
The only downside was the cleanliness of some plates and juice glasses. A few plates still had dried food on them.
Another minor drawback was that the English spoken by some of the older staff members was quite limited. However, it's not much different in our own country. In Greece and the Netherlands, almost everyone seemed to speak English.
A big advantage is the bus stop right in front of the hotel. Just stand there and wait for the bus—it will come. Whatever you do, don't rely on the timetable!
We would definitely come back.
