Cheap and good enough for us.

This was the third time we stayed at El Retiro I Cambrils. We get a dog friendly room on the ground floor with private, fenced parking and breakfast for about 100 Euro. As found
Breakfast is fine with good coffee. The dinner was a little disappointing this time. We have previously been served vifmd table and could order from a menu. This time it was converted into a fast food restaurant with orders at the checkout. Then you had to pick up the food from the counter. No glass with the drink and no cutlery until we freshly bathed it. Clearly worse than before and also from a worse range.
This will not stop us from staying here again but now we are prepared.
The rooms are quite small but clean and with a huge bed, which is comfortable to sleep in and with a lovely tempur pillow. Unfortunately, the heating didn't work but we quickly got a radiator. There are not so many wall sockets, no cabinets or shelves but for that price we are very happy anyway.
The receptionists are friendly and nice. A big plus for them.

Great place to stop.

One of our regular stops between our home in Spain and visiting friends in France. Always a good welcome from friendly staff. Good clean rooms and comfortable beds. We have recommended it to our friends who have also stayed here. Good onsite restaurant, fast food biased, but also a menu del dia at certain times. Good breakfast.

Good hotel for 1 night

Good hotel close to the roads to southern Spain, breakfast was strange but yes das ff no different and the beds and pillow are rock hard

Very good customer service.

The staff is very friendly. The excellent menu, they have great variety of products.
Skn will definitely be back.

Hotel at the side of the motorway

Quite a nice hotel which is at the side of the motorway. It seemed popular with labourers. We were charged €10 for the dog. Reception lady was lovely. Bar food looked nice- good selection of burgers, pizzas, salads etc. We ate in the restaurant which opens at 8. They do a daily menu for around €16pp. Had to send our food back as it wasn’t warmed through enough. It reminded me of Wetherspoons meals which is fine if you like that.
