It is a hotel that takes care of every detail to the millimeter to make the stay a placid haven in the midst of the tourist intensity outside.
With a modern and current decoration, a welcoming atmosphere aimed at adult clients is perceived. The staff is extremely cordial and facilitates the well-being of the guests.
The breakfast buffet is complete. In addition, you can request the preparation of a dish on the spot. The pool, with a very well-achieved sense of privacy, has saline water that is always impeccable.
The rooms are bright, with sufficient equipment. Good insulation from outside noise. They shine for their cleanliness.
The hotel's atmosphere in general is calm, to facilitate the long-awaited rest.
Good parking in the basement with direct access to the rooms.
Prices adjusted to the service offer.
Ideal for couples.

A lovely hotel, but with one significant drawback.
The hotel is clean, quiet, and well maintained – exactly what we were looking for. We booked a three-week stay at Instants Boutique Hotel in August as we wanted a relaxing holiday and a good base for watching the solar eclipse. We also needed to do some work during our stay, and one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because previous reviews praised the excellent Wi-Fi.
The reception, breakfast, and bar area is one open space with large sliding doors leading outside. Unfortunately, once breakfast service finishes, the air conditioning is switched off and the doors are opened until around 7pm. During August, when temperatures are well over 30°C, this makes the area extremely hot. In fact, the only cool place in the hotel is your bedroom.
It would have been nice to sit in a comfortable, air-conditioned space to work, enjoy a drink, have lunch or simply relax during the hottest part of the day. I asked on two occasions whether the doors could be closed and the air conditioning switched back on, but two different receptionists explained (and apologised) that they were not allowed to do so. Even two of the receptionists were using a fan behind the desk, which rather illustrates how uncomfortable it becomes.
It's a real shame because, outside of breakfast and lunch, this communal area is largely empty as guests retreat to their rooms or go out to escape the heat. As a result, I've found myself leaving the hotel to work, eat, drink, and relax in another nearby hotel that has air conditioning in its public areas, which seems rather counterproductive when you're staying here.
Aside from this issue, the hotel has many positives. If the reception and lounge area remained air-conditioned throughout the day during the summer months, it would make a huge difference to the overall guest experience.
The staff have been courteous, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast offers a good selection, although it can become a little repetitive as there isn't any variation in the cooked options. The honesty bar is a great touch and works really well. The pool area is lovely – clean, comfortable, and a very pleasant place to relax. Our room is also cleaned to an excellent standard every day, which we really appreciate. The only minor criticism regarding the room is that both the room and balcony chairs seem to have been chosen more for their aesthetic appearance than for comfort, particularly if you're sitting in them for any length of time.

Dear Keith,
As we already mentioned on another website where you left the same review, the ground floor is an open area so that customers that are enjoying the pool and outside facilites at the hotel have an easier access to the bar area. Most customers come to enjoy the good weather and high temperatures that we have in Cambrils in Summer Season.
As you say you can make use of the desktop in your room , with the aircon on , and work from there if the ground floor is not suitable for you.

No Swimming Pool grab rail Health and Safety risk
We arrived to a warm welcome, all staff we have met, have been so helpful. Unfortunately, there was a problem for my partner getting in and out of the swimming pool today, basically he required a rail to help him down the steps. He’s not disabled but he does have “bungalow legs”. I found the Spanish Law on Grab Rails for swimming pools, asked if the two young ladies could help? They did not, they dismissed my complaint, said “it’s not law here, maybe in England” I showed the the piece on the Law and they still would not believe me. From a Health and Safety point of view this has spoilt our stay, couple that with dismissive attitude of the two young girls.

Relaxing Adults Only hotel
Just back from 5 nights in Cambrils with my wife. The Instants Boutique hotel is a little gem. Adults only, 20 rooms with clean modern lines.
Staff are attentive and helpful, breakfast is simple but fantastic choices of fruits, pastries and breads.
Superbly located to explore the marina and old town of Cambrils.
Really can't fault it will be going back. My only concern would be telling too many people and letting this experience out of the bag
