Decent size apartment, horrible wifi

We were a family of 7 staying in aa duplex apartment on the ground floor. The apartment was birg and spacious, but a bit dated. Beaing on the ground floor meant that we had an easy access to the lovely pool. The beach is just a stone's throw away. The interiour is a bit dated and tired, no soap, shampoo, toilet paper, dish washing liquid or dish towels. And the wifi is horrible.

Lovely stay

We visited here out of season at the end of October 2019. Apartment was spacious with great decor and had everything we needed as well as a huge balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the pool. Complex was quiet when we stayed and felt secure. Unfortunately the soundproofing in the apartments are not good, I was woken a few times by people moving around in the apartment above us. There was also an awful smell in the kitchen which came and went and from reading another review seems to be down the stagnant pipes. We only stayed for a few nights so we tolerated it but had we been staying longer we would have complained. No tea towels supplied in the apartment which was also a tad inconvenient.
Location: A beautiful beach is just a couple minutes walk away and was empty when we visited. Cambrils is around 25mins away but you can walk right along the beach the whole way and watch the sunset on route which is stunning! Once in Cambrils there are lots of lovely restaurants to choose from, and plenty of nice shops. Overall we really enjoyed our trip and would probably go back but would check if the bad smell had been sorted before booking!
