Great holiday
We had a room with a private garden which was great. Large room, comfy beds. Shower drain clogged up quite a bit so you had to be quick before it overflowed.
Pool is a great depth for kids. The bubble appeared to be really popular - dont think ive seen a pool so busy so early in the day which juat shows its popularity (and maybe the +30° weather).
We were half board and the food available was good. I would have expected at least some water included with your evening meal - you can drink cava free at breakfast but need to pay for water with dinner? Only downside of the restaurant was the parents who let their young kids run about when people have plates of food in their hands - its a restaurant not a soft play. There was also no breakfast or black tea most mornings. Fruit tea and earl grey are not breakfast drinks.
Entertainment was ok. The usual repetitive kids mini disco. And again parents let their kids run riot when the main act was on. There was an acrobat troup with a tripod for high work who had cones out to stop people walking underneath - this seemed to translate as "let your kids play with the cones".
The bar area was good - maybe needed a bigger tv for showing the football. Table service throughout the bar and entertainment area with proper drinks in proper glasses.
The gym is well stocked although the floor is very slippy for a gym. Maybe needs non slip tiles. The AC was lacking in the gym too, and the floor mats could maybe past their best.
We had a late flight back and there were a couple of courtesy rooms to use beside the supermarket with towels available from reception.
All in all, a good hotel and we would go back.

We thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback.
We're delighted you enjoyed your spacious room and found our team welcoming. It's wonderful to hear the pool setup worked well for your family and that our dining options met your expectations during your stay.
However, we sincerely regret that some aspects didn't meet your expectations. We're addressing maintenance matters in wellness areas and reviewing beverage service protocols. Your comments about guest behavior during meals and shows have been shared with our management team for consideration.
We're pleased our bar service and late departure facilities added convenience, we hope you enjoyed exploring the local area between relaxation moments at our resort.

Family Break
Hotel / Pool areas are very clean and the staff are so friendly. Very relaxed atmosphere even though we visited during the busy summer period. Onsite shop provides basics for food / drinks and also sells plenty of inflatables for the pools to choose from.
Stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was spacious and cleaned everyday apart from Wednesdays and Sundays.
Stayed in block 5 on the 2nd floor which was very quiet and we slept very well. The bed was so big and comfortable & our boys slept on the bed settee and they both slept very well on there. We stayed self catering but had lunch in the hotel one day and it was really nice. Drinks reasonably priced. Small kitchen in the room where you can cook basic meals.
Pool was well supervised by life guards through out the day and felt very safe. Our boys loved the hotel and enjoyed the pool areas and the arcades. They didn’t join in with the kids club as they were well entertained each day at the pool. We ate out most nights as it’s only a 10 minute walk into town and the beach which is lovely, the sea is so calm and crystal clear. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from.
One evening we watched the Michael Jackson show at a bar in town which we all really enjoyed and we had a great night, it was very family friendly. The bar in town has acts on every night but the Michael Jackson one is on 3 times per week during the summer and is very popular but worth a visit!
The hotel was brilliant but the only reason I rated this a 4 star was down to the evening entertainment. I felt this was very limited and I felt that the children’s show was aimed at very young children, it didn’t interest my children at all and my youngest is six. I found the children’s entertainment in the evening aimed at very young probably 6/7 and under. This was on 8-9pm, then they had a show on 9-10pm for the adults and children. 10-1015pm they had a quiz every night which was fun to join in with and the they would finish with the hotel dance. However, after this has finished at about 2230 the entrainment was over and we found most people staying in the hotel then went to bed. We don’t come on holiday to be in bed by 2230 every single night and I think it would be better to even have some background music on at the inside bar until perhaps slightly later giving the place more of an atmosphere. This wouldn’t then disturb those wanting to go to bed earlier straight after the entertainment. Even that extra hour until 1130/midnight would help give the evenings a bit more of a holiday feel. We went to the park in town one night and it was full of young children even at 2230 playing, as this is Spain and children tend to stay up later in the summer months!!
We mixed our nights up, some staying in the hotel and some venturing into the town which is very family orientated. The hotel bar is open until midnight but after the entertainment finishes there’s very little atmosphere around the hotel. Which i personally found disappointing.
Also the pool closes at 6pm, again I think this cuts short everyone’s day. I don’t think I’ve stayed at a hotel before where the pool closes so early, the bubble in the pool
which the kids love gets deflated at 530pm and the pool closes at 6pm prompt, I again think the opening times of the pool could be extended ever so slightly.
All in all it’s a great hotel and our kids enjoyed the facilities, we had a fabulous holiday. But I would agree with another person who put on a review on here, I think the hotel is aimed at younger children / younger families and I think kids perhaps over the age of 11 might find the hotel a bit ‘young’ for them especially the evening entertainment.

Great family hotel
When we first arrived we were a little disappointed as it didn’t appear as aesthetically pleasing as other hotels we have stayed in. That quickly wore off though and we found it to be a very good family hotel, that our children (8&6) loved. There are just a few little things that annoyed me but didn’t spoil the holiday.
ROOMS
We had a ‘swim up room’ and I would recommend this if you have children. More so than the rooms with private pools as they are quite small. The swim up pool stretches the length of 7 other rooms that it is shared with. Kids can swim all long here and for large parts of the day you may find you have the pool to yourself. The one ‘irk’ I have is that you can’t actually swim up to anywhere. There is no access to the main pool from these pools and you find yourself having to go back through the room and out to the pool. A ladder and gate at the end by room 2015 (I think) would be a really practical addition for next year please! I would also request that the outside areas of these rooms should be made non smoking. The last 2 days we had smokers next to us which wasn’t great as you are sharing the same outside space and smoke drifted over to where we were sat.
Inside the rooms are a little dated decor wise but you have everything you need and they were very clean.
FOOD
I thought the food was very good for buffet style. There was always a good variety and my wife who is a coeliac wax guided through gluten free options. Fresh pizza and pasta was made on her request. Food does sometimes run out but I quite liked that the hotel were not mass producing and having lots of waste.
Breakfast was the busiest time but to my amazement lunch and dinner were fairly quiet and relaxed. That’s not usually the case with all inclusive hotels. The two alacarte restaurants also provided lovely meals.
One annoyance though was that there were never enough bowls or spoons available! Eating cereal with a tea spoon from a coffee cup was a little tiresome!
FINAL BITS
We found all staff to be very helpful and friendly and entertainment was as expected! We didn’t venture out much, only to the beach so I can’t really comment on location but a taxi to the airport was €95 and took about 50 minutes. The beach was about 10 minutes away and was pleasant enough.
I’m not sure what the pool towel situation was, never really got to the bottom of it, as there was a two hour window on a select number of days in which you can get fresh pool towels. We only managed to change them once but it wasn’t an issue as we had our own towels also. There were also a couple of days when the rooms don’t get cleaned but it’s fine.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay despite the few things that were annoying but not enough to spoil the holiday! I would recommend this to any families who want a no hassle holiday!

A very worthy 4☆ resort.
Very comfortable beds. Large bathrooms. Plenty of towels. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Lots of families with young children, ours were 17 and 12. Not sure they'd have enjoyed it so much without the pools. Adult pool was lovely. Not too keen on the mattress sunbeds.
We were self catering, lunch at the pool restaurant was ok, but not great. Italian restaurant was lovely. Drinks were very reasonably priced. Free water refills.
Took about 15 mins to walk to the sea front. Lots of bars and restaurants. Felt very safe.
All the staff were excellent, very helpful and courteous.
