Perfect hotel for a boys holiday
We had an absolutely unforgettable time at Hotel Chevy! The room for 3 people was perfectly fine and was super clean every day – big praise to the cleaning team! The equipment was okay, of course, in the shower was a bit of mold, but quite honestly: that did our mood no harm at all.
The staff was super friendly, always in a good mood and super helpful – you immediately felt comfortable. Our absolute highlight: the pool with the pool bar! We spent so many relaxing and fun hours there – just perfect. ☀️
The location couldn’t be better either: in a few minutes you’ll be at both the port and the beer fountain – ideal for quickly being in the middle of the action.
All in all: We had a really great time at Hotel Chevy and would come back anytime!

Great hotel minus air conditioning
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our holiday. The hotel is in a great location, everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed the breakfast and the pool bar.
The only thing that let the hotel down was the air conditioning. Our original room never went below 28°C, making it unbearably hot throughout the day and well into the evening. It was uncomfortable to relax in and difficult to sleep. We reported it a couple of times, but were simply told it "just hadn't cooled down yet," despite the problem continuing.
Thankfully, the hotel agreed to move us to another room. The new room was much better, although it still only cooled to around 25°C. We believe the issue may have been due to the room's position, as the replacement room didn't face the sun.
It's a real shame because everything else about the hotel was excellent. If the air conditioning in the sun-facing rooms could be improved, we'd have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

Cala Ratjada
Very clean hotel and very friendly staff. The hotel room was quite small, but we were out most of the time; however, the bathroom was tiny. Very tiny! Breakfast was okay. We had half board, which I would not book there again. There was quite a decent selection, but the dishes were hardly seasoned. The beaches are very beautiful, but quite small and therefore crowded.

Exactly what we expected for the price.
We found this hotel to have everything we expected for the price. Breakfast and evening buffet had a wide selection of hot and cold food.
Very kind and helpful staff including waiting staff, receptionist, bar people and cleaners.
Rooms clean and A/C worked well.
Pool area offered sun longers, bar with snack options to purchase.
5 minute walk to the port and shops.
Fantastic restaurants. See photos.
The only fault we can say is that we didn’t like was a large group of lads were allowed to keep pints of beer on the pool side as this resulted in them just standing in the pool continuously drinking.
Enjoyed the bar staff putting on the back ground music but when this wasn’t provided guests would play their own which could be loud and not suitable for all ages.
Other than that we would return as well worth the money.

Once and never again.
We are very disappointed with the hotel. We've never had such a bad meal. In the evening we went out to dinner because it was so bad. The quality of the food is really poor and there was no choice. My wife is vegan. Breakfast in the morning was horrible. Bread was almost none there except small homemade light buns. Only one baguette was ever put in the bread basket. If this was empty, you had to wait a very long time for “a” new baguette. One side was brown and the other white. The jam was from a ready bucket, the sausage was cheap as usual. Only the cheese was tasty. Eggs and the usual was available. The juice was, as everywhere, artificially mixed. We were afraid of catching something from the food. The hotel is also not as small as the reviews say. There are a total of three houses spread over two streets which has enough rooms, so small is something else. They were actually quite clean and there was nothing to complain about. Cleaning was really good and the staff was also quite ok. For this price we would not book this hotel anymore also otherwise this hotel is not recommended. I can't understand the previous reviews due to the food.
