Restaurant with a superb view of Carboneras. Very beautiful setting. Quiet. Welcoming staff. Good and hearty.

Not very good

Our experience on Sunday was quite disappointing, especially considering that we paid €230 per night and that it is a boutique hotel from which we expected a level of quality consistent with the price.
Upon arriving at the room, we found several cleaning issues, including hair and dirt in the bathtub area and on the terrace. For me, cleanliness is fundamental in any accommodation and, paying €230 for one night, I expected to find an impeccable room.
We also had problems with the Wi-Fi and, furthermore, during the early morning, approximately between 2:00 and 3:00, the air conditioning stopped working. In the middle of August and with the heat in this area, it was especially uncomfortable and significantly affected our rest.
I do want to positively highlight the receptionist's service, because I believe she managed the situation very well within her possibilities. She was kind and attentive, offered us a glass of wine, changed our room, and also treated us to breakfast. We sincerely appreciate her treatment and the effort she made to compensate for the inconveniences.
However, although the receptionist's service was good, that does not change our overall assessment of the stay. The experience was mediocre and well below what we expected for €230 a night.
The hotel is nice and has potential, but personally, I do not consider the price-quality ratio to be adequate. For that amount, I expect a perfectly clean room, working Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout the night, and a general level of maintenance consistent with a boutique hotel of this category.
We thank the receptionist again for her service, but based on our experience, we would not pay €230 per night again for a stay with these characteristics.

Magnificent views, an ideal and relaxed atmosphere, very attentive services, and perfect for spending a stay as a couple in Carboneras and the entire Cabo de Gata.

Surprising

Unbeatable experience; my wife and I went without knowing it, and it was a surprise: very good facilities, exquisite treatment, Carboneras is peaceful for families and relaxation, special mention to Rocío, the director, with unbeatable treatment and great professionalism; we will repeat without a doubt, thank you very much.
