Right hotel
Modern hotel with good customer service arrives after check in hours and by WhatsApp they sent me all the information to be able to enter breakfast included but it is not buffet type even if you eat comfortable beds and expand

Terrible experience.
Awful experience.
Where to begin?
- I asked if they could make the beds together, and the receptionist told me that I should have mentioned it when I made the reservation because the maids were no longer there at that time, but that it wouldn't be a problem the next day. The next day I reminded her, and she said there was a cost of 15€ for each room, and I had 2 rooms, whereas no hotel we have stayed at charges for making them that way.

- We went to have breakfast, they gave us a table, more people entered, and we were waiting for someone to attend to us. After 25 minutes, the cook told us if they had already taken our order; I said we had been waiting that long and that no one had taken our order. When they finally served us breakfast, some customers who entered with us to have breakfast were leaving.
- The air conditioning in the room makes a tremendous noise; at night we turned it off because we couldn't sleep. Additionally, it would turn off by itself, and we discovered that there was a button in the circuit breaker that, if pressed, would reset it; a waitress told us this.
- At night, there is a tremendous ambient noise from some large appliance, a constant noise outside.
- Oh, and to top it off, this is the control panel of the elevator.
It's a shame and not recommended at all.

Huge SLAUGHTERHOUSE opposite hotel!!!
This hotel is directly opposite the largest SLAUGHTERHOUSE in Spain!! I could see terrible things from our balcony. I am deeply traumatised by the things I heard, saw and smelled while staying here. Needed earplugs to half drown out the squealing animals and clunking machinery. Was awful do not stay here!!

Attention: Zero star hotel!
My worst stay ever in 5 years! - 5 stars!
We have booked as a family with a toddler and dog for 3 nights the GCE Hotel in Estacion of Cartama. The reviews on Check 24, Booking and Google are good, so the hotel had to be good. Far from it! What do I attach this to specifically?
The "idyllic location" directly opposite the large slaughterhouse I deliberately do not go into detail with regard to the animal lovers among us. What were my experiences?
- Zero respect and decency of service personnel:
During the check-in process at the counter, a phone call was accepted. I was left waiting 15 minutes on the stairs with child, wife and toddler.
- Room layout an imposition: The rooms are small and there were two 80 cm wide beds in the diagonally opposite corners of the room. Very cramped and not reasonable for a family.
- Dealing with problems:
We claimed the room immediately, but instead of finding a solution, the receptionist went away and cleaned a table. During the conversation! Unbelievable! I've never seen anything like it!
- Further troubleshooting:
We then immediately cancelled the room. That's not how it works. The hotel has assured us a refund (only partial refund), but even only under accusations we are not flexible and moreover did not declare the baby. Well unfortunately the man was not busy with us at check-in (as described above ), but with the phone call. As a result, he didn't cover all the people. Now the summit: We have not received the refund to date (about 2 months). Despite 3 times the demand.
Conclusion: I can't recommend the hotel to anyone. Better sleep in the car and donate the money.

The worst hotel I've ever been to
From the moment of entry we were waiting half an hour....all horrifying! The regrettable room, the bed was sinking, breakfast with bread, the girl answered and without looking in the face and bad. To top it off, I have to get a refund and two months later nothing. I've called a thousand times and they laugh at me come on! I didn't want to do this, but that's how I help it not happen to more people. Anywhere you're going to sleep and eat breakfast better than there. Hotel 0 ⭐
