Beautiful setting, lovely

A beautiful place - high quality accomodation, stunning views, peace, lovely pool area with loungers, super outdoor kitchen with lovely dining and lounge furniture, excellent BBQ package (I am fussy about eating meat etc. but this was excellent and beautifully presented), superb breakfast outside, comfortable bed, friendly hosts - an excellent B&B. We just wished we had spent another night here and one less at Jerez! The road up is challenging but well worth it! We look forward to another visit in the future!

Lovely place to sit back and relax

The owners are lovely and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our breakfast! Views were breathtaking, air was clean and the nature was beautiful. Our room and balcony was wonderful. It was all very clean, shampoo and body wash provided smelt delicious. I didn’t check reviews before going so the road to the property caught us by surprise. It was fine though, just good to be prepared for a gravelly road before hand - my fault! Only ‘issue’ we had which comes with being in such a natural and beautiful place were the wasps which wouldn’t let us enjoy our breakfast just the two of us! Would defo stay again!

Yoga Retreat

My friend and I have just returned from the Yoga Retreat at B&B Kia Ora. Kay & Rene are fantastic hosts, The house & grounds are beautiful and very relaxing. The food is freshly made. There is an honesty bar stocked with wines, beers and soft drinks and there are also crisps/toasted sandwiches available. On day one of the yoga retreat the welcome and yoga started at 5pm and on the final day the farewell lunch was at 12pm. Kay recommended a local driver who picked us up and took us back to the airport at a cost of 60 euros per journey (Feb 2020). We upgraded to the cottage and it was worth doing. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge area with a private veranda looking out to the sea. We would definitely go back.

Such an amazing, relaxing trip!

I loved every minute! I booked this break with a friend through Groupon which included all meals, yoga classes and meditation classes.
The hosts are a lovely Dutch couple and their friendly dog Mex. The house is beautiful with amazing views and such a relaxing ambiance.
Every morning we would wake up to the smell of fresh bread which was divine! All of the food that was served during our break was delicious and varied each day.
The classes were fantastic! Whether you have done yoga before or you are a complete beginner the classes are designed for everyone!
If you are looking for a break to completely relax and recharge then this is for you!
As the B&B is in the middle of a national park, we hired a car from Malaga airport (which was very easy to do) and made a little roadtrip out of it. We visited Malaga, Ronda and Gibraltar. The B&B itself is about 1hr30 from the airport. We opted for a small car as there was only two of us, although we did manage it, I'd say that our fiat 500 did struggle a little through the mountains!
Couldn't recommend this B&B more, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

Yoga & Mindfulness break

Just returned from a fabulous yoga break at Kia Ora; the house is beautifully decorated and very cosy with a log fire in the lounge, the grounds are beautiful, Kay & Rene are very welcoming and are fantastic hosts. The food was all freshly made and delicious. I can thoroughly recommend it here.
