Absolute tranquility.

This is my second time staying here, and I will return; it is cozy, and everything is very clean. Although it is clear that it is not a luxury hotel, everything is well maintained, the rooms look well painted, and there is a modern touch. Close to the beach. Without a doubt, on both occasions, I have felt very good. I recommend it.

Small lamp does not work. Light Switch by the headboard was not found til our last night. Moisture’s we think coming from the air conditions.

The hotel was not staffed - you have to walk 2 blocks to sister hotel to check-in. When I departed the hotel at 3am for an early flight, there were two teenagers waiting outside the glass door trying to get in to find a place to sleep as well as about 10 male teenagers yelling on the street (I heard them all night). Again, no staff - so I called sister hotel and spoke with front desk person and asked for an escort to my car. He refused. Said he could not leave the desk. Only positive was close proximity to airport and large terrace. I would not stay here again.

Indignant room and disappointing service

I encountered a very old hotel, anchored in the past, very dark and sad. The walls and doors were made of paper. The room assigned to me was a cell; except for the bathroom, I doubt it measured more than 5 m². Something like this cannot be given the category of a room intended for guest accommodation nor can it be considered minimally adequate for its intended purpose.
On the so-called bed, there was a blanket and a mattress also from the last century, because all the springs were coming out of the latter. I could not sleep at all, and since there was not even a chair to sit on, I was forced to remain lying down on that horror of a bed. I woke up with my whole body aching, a pain that lasted several days. Frankly, the conditions of the room were far below what any customer can reasonably expect from an establishment of that type.
I left that place at 7 in the morning and at 8:30 I sent an email to the hotel requesting a room change. I received no response at all. As soon as I could, I called by phone and was told that they had no rooms available and that they would refund the amount for the rest of the stay, but that I had to go to the hotel in person.
After work, I went to their reception and they also wanted to charge me for the second night. I had to be extremely firm and managed to have them charge me "only" for the night I had "enjoyed": €95.20, an absolutely unjustified amount for the conditions actually offered. In my opinion, the appropriate action would have been a full refund of the amounts paid, given the clear lack of correspondence between the contracted service and the service actually provided.
Additionally, there are the damages caused, as I had to urgently find another accommodation and incur a cost much higher than the budget I had allocated. In short, a disappointing experience from start to finish and a service that, in my opinion, failed to meet the most basic expectations of habitability, rest, and customer service.

Recommended quality/price

To be a 1 star hotel we found it very good, the room was spacious and clean, it is true that I had booked in the hotel 153, which has more services and we were sent to this without notice. It is well located, close to bars and the beach. The person who cleaned lovely and always willing.

Very good location
