Paradise
Very nice place where you feel like home. José and Ana are very kind, the garden is splendid, the meals delicious, I absolutely recommend. And for those who like to observe birds, Iberian magpies and European loriots galore in the trees!

Magical place amid the wonderful nature of Gredos
A paradise two hours from Madrid, a magical place where you feel at home, surrounded by nature. Jose Ramon is charming and treats his guests wonderfully. He recommended some amazing hiking trails, we had a great time. I will definitely repeat.

Relaxation, peace and kindness
We have spent five amazing days at the rural hotel El Camino. Surrounded by silence and nature. A quiet, clean and very nice pool. Jose Ramon and Ana full of sympathy and kindness, a complete and generous service. We have had a movie, Ana is a great cook and the desserts are exquisite. We will definitely return, we have felt at home. A great area to do mountain routes in the Sierra de Gredos

HERE YOU ARE IN GLORY
I had planned a trip to the "FOREST" but I did not imagine how PRIVATE this wonderful little rural hotel left me in the middle of NATURE, surrounded by the tree that I like the most: the oak
Already the dirt road that leads you to the hotel is fairytale.
JOSE RAMÓN the host, welcomed us with a kind and sincere SMILE (I went with my 19-year-old son) and explained how to enjoy in his little hotel.
Salt lamps and other "magical" objects at the entrance made me feel like that was a place of PEACE AND QUIET/SERENITY.
Here, SILENCE weighs; I would not know how to explain it but I had not "heard "never a silence like this.
His wife ANA, was in charge of the KITCHEN and I think, I have never enjoyed more a grill of vegetables or an entrecot to rosemary, besides the desserts devised by her.
The BREAKFASTS...mmmmmm.
Dinners in the garden...mmmmm
A COOK WHO COOKS WITH LOVE!!!
THE SALINE WATER POOL surrounded by oak trees, sun loungers to read and do NOTHING, when NOTHING there is to enjoy relaxation without thinking about having to do something .
THE MILLIONS OF STARS, the Milky Way (which even children can no longer see)... you can watch them from a plain that has more sunbeds.
Perfect location to move to Candeleda, the pools... All the activities you can do, Jose Ramon facilitates them.
GRATEFUL TO HAVE FOUND THIS PLACE SO PEACEFUL AND QUIET THAT I HOPE TO RETURN SOON.

A Real Gem
A fantastic rural hotel 2 miles outside Arenas. Perfect for exploring the amazing Sierra de Gredos. Room basic but clean and comfortable. Excellent dinner, best steak I had in Spain this trip. Highly recommended.
