Three days with the family in July.

We took a road trip through Waynabox and we got this hotel. The stay in general was good; the room service and the treatment of the guest stood out positively. Regarding value for money, I would say that for what the hotel is, I personally think it is high for dinners, since we had breakfast included in the price. They do not serve lunch, or at least not during the time we were there. I expected the spa to be better aesthetically, although it was acceptable. The rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable and cozy, the bathroom is complete with toiletries and a hairdryer, and I also appreciated that they provided a crib (large and comfortable) for my baby. Personally, I think it is a hotel just for sleeping and relaxing after spending the day out, whether on an excursion in the surrounding area or in the snow (in the winter season). Overall, I would give it a 7.85 out of 10.

4-star hotel, perhaps 3 would be enough

We spent one night at this hotel. The friendliness of the staff was very proper. At the front desk, they make you scan a QR code to book your dinner and breakfast times, while the receptionist watches you do it. The entrance to the dining room is a bit chaotic because the man at the door has more tasks than he can handle, which causes lines to enter and exit the dining room. We booked a room with a view, but it turned out we had a curtain that was impossible to raise. The main lamp in the room was missing a light bulb and the cover. In short, a bit neglected.

The hotel is nice and the location is beautiful. We were disappointed that we had to pay extra to use the pool and spa. We also booked a family room and then had to pay extra for our child to stay. We ended up paying an additional 96 euro for the one night we stayed to use the pool, and for our child to stay and eat breakfast.

Coeliac friendly hotel

Came here as a coach driver with a school group skiing.As a coeliac I really appreciated the efforts made to accommodate me with suitable food.Nice sized room too
