"a place with bed and bathroom"

Hire a tent on a campsite and this hotel is basically the same. Awful experience. Smell tobacco on the way in, cleanliness scarce, toy buffet. The beach very close is what saves you

Hotel of horrors

We went to the hotel bar and have absolutely nothing. Ice cream 2 counted nothing. The afternoon pool schedule to hallucinate.You tell them to tell you the wifi because I brought the laptop from work and they do not know the key.Surreslista!! The super old hotel....we will not return

Accessibility for PMR., hotel entrance

I'm disabled in a wheelchair, being accessible is not just putting bars in the bathroom and a seat in the shower. Let's see if he can pull up the stockings to make the transfer to the bathroom. It is impossible because the wheelchair does not fit. I had to use Lis public toilets on the beach to clean myself. One day I was alone and left the hotel. They should check if the hotel meets the accessibility conditions, tourism should see this issue. I saw with their workers and they saw the problem. Access to the dining room is very dangerous the ramp is very steep and I need a person to slow me down in the wheelchair. Just like the entrance to the hotel. I hope you will return the money from the night you spend there as it is frustrating to use the public toilets having one inside..

Nice but dated

The hotel has an unbeatable location 50 meters from La Regla beach and with views of the sanctuary from everywhere.
The pool area is beautiful and pleasant, although the pool is extremely small and has incomprehensible hours for not having a lifeguard (from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the middle of August).
The breakfast is buffet style and although it is humble, it has a little bit of everything, it is very good.
It is better not to order the midday meal, the quality-price ratio is not very good.
The rooms are large although they are also outdated, it is as if they lack maintenance. Old carpets, very slow elevator, cables through the walls, television that shows few channels, the air conditioners did not work at all well... Some rooms we had with a 10m2 balcony and others barely fit a chair...
Super nice staff, fair cleanliness. We have been comfortable but the quality is more or less that of a hostel, not for the price it has. We will not repeat.
