Very nice and great inn.
Really beautiful youth hostel, top architecture, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is present in the morning, very smiling and pleasant. The check-in is easy and well explained.
It is quiet, the dormitories have terraces with clotheslines.
The location is central in Cuitadella.
Towel rental: 5 euros

Poor service for what you pay
Probably the most expensive hostel I have slept in. Local taxes are not included on the price but charged at check-in. I arrived there at 22.30 and, even though I informed them, there was no one to open the door. I had to wait long outside for a guest to come back and let me in. No air conditioning in the room,it was impossible to sleep, (service showed on the website).No drinkable water even for sale.
Despite the above the hostel is new and pretty. It s located at 12m walking from the main bus stop.

Fue una experiencia rápida para alojarme una sola noche. Aun así, me gustaría darle las gracias a Alice 10/10 ya que pudo ayudarme con toda la información; muy amable, comprensiva y atenta al servicio.

Ladrones
Los propietarios nos robaron.... Vendieron dos veces la habitación y nos quedamos en la calle sin lugar para alojarnos ni ofrecer ninguna alternativa, todo eso después de tener 3 días pagados...ir muy alerta, son ladrones y muy caraduras.

Hola Antonio,
Conocemos tu caso. Reservaste con nosotros, eligiendo una tarifa no reembolsable (que no admite ni cancelaciones ni rembolso).
Cuando nos llamaste para cancelar y te dijimos que no era posible, te enfadaste. Dijiste que pasarías tu reserva a un amigo, y cuando te llamamos para pedirte el nombre del huésped y la hora de llegada, hablaste mal a la recepcionista y le dijiste que "ya que no habíamos tenido la amabilidad de cancelar tu reserva, no tendrías la amabilidad de decirnos quien vendría y cuándo".
El día del check in nadie se presentó, así que, según lo que marca claramente la política de Booking (con quien hiciste la reserva), marcamos la reserva como "no show" (no presentado) y automáticamente se canceló.
No vendimos otra vez la habitación, no era nuestra intención especular, simplemente hacer las cosas correctamente.
Los clientes tienen derechos, pero los establecimientos también.
La próxima vez, mejor hacer las cosas bien.

Très bonne adresse
Un accueil excellent, un établissement très agréable, conforme aux photos et descriptions, de plus très bien situé en lisière de la vieille ville. On s'y est sentis très bien pour notre séjour à Ciutadella. La cuisine commune et l'espace convivial sont spacieux et bien organisés. Seul petit bémol, le lit pas assez ferme à notre goût dans la chambre pour couple. Nous recommandons ce lieu.
