The location is absolutely stunning and the apartments are simple, clean, and well appointed for prepping meals at home (just note there are zero spices or oils so in addition to your food, you will need to bring any seasonings with you). The shower is hot with great pressure and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning is a plus as the window in the bedroom did not open, though it was nice and cool when we were there. The views are incredible in all directions and the drive into town is easy and pleasant. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Communication with the owner was first class. They even provided detailed video on how to access the property and what the expect when we got there.

Wow! The view from here is breathtaking! I originally planned to stay two nights, but ended up staying 5. I would suggest planning to spend some time here!
You can see the Picos de Europa from your room and there are many places to sit / eat outside. Fuente De is close by and the hosts provided many resources for nearby hikes. There is a cool hike that goes by 3 waterfalls, into a small village, up to a cross, and up to a peak before circling back. There are other hiking trails that leave right from the apartments!
The apartments themselves have everything you could possibly need and the hosts were very responsive. They even sent a video to help me get to the location without a problem, which I have to say is a first! Can’t tell you how many times other hosts didn’t take that step and had me circling around lost! All those extra touches, the people, and the place make it an unforgettable stay.
Do yourself a favor and plan to spend some time here!

Spectacular views and warmth on the mountain
We spent the December bridge there and were made easier to stay in 3 apartments to be together. Despite the cold outside we had to turn down the heating because the apt. are very warm. Spectacular views and all needs covered

Perfect stay!
We spent 5 days on the December long weekend.
The apartments are in the town of Colio, taking a detour from Tama on the main road, you arrive at this town in the middle of the mountains so tranquility is assured and the views are impressive.
We were a couple and our 5-year-old son.
The apartment, very well equipped and functional, consisted of a living room (with sofa bed), kitchen-dining room, full bathroom and bedroom with a double bed, a very well designed closet to hold all the clothes and shoes of the 3 of them.
The kitchen with everything you need to cook, has a dishwasher and microwave oven.
I have read in other opinions that most of the furniture is from Ikea, and yes, it is, but is it a problem? Nothing better than Ikea to make everything very useful, versatile and save space by having everything.
We were in the apartments on the lower part, the door is glass, there is no blind, the curtain is normal, so at dawn the light comes in, as a point to improve I think it would be good to put an opaque curtain, one of those They don't let in light so as not to wake you up with the first rays of sun, which happened to our son.
There is no daily cleaning of the apartment but we did not see it as a problem either since by being organized and sweeping daily it remains perfectly clean.
And if you need, for example, to change towels as was our case, you notify the owner and they will immediately provide them and remove the used ones.
There is a free paved parking area with a charger for electric cars.
A pleasant stay, 100% recommended and one that we hope to repeat.
