It's worth it, good location.

Spacious room, very comfortable beds and pillows, clean sheets, the cleanliness of the hostel itself and the bathrooms could be improved. Average breakfast buffet. Free private parking is appreciated and thanks for letting the dogs.

For one night only

On the outside good impression, but when you enter it changes, it has two stars left over, a little left, to go from reception to elevator you find like a room or something similar full of toys, it seemed that they were there as a storage room, the room is spacious but old-fashioned as well as the bathroom, the bed was quite comfortable.
The breakfast is scarcely there to choose from.

It serves its purpose, ok for a night or two

Hostal El Chiscon offers a reasonably good night sleep if you can get a reasonable rate, it’s beautiful outside and dated inside. it’s good for a good night rest after a few days on the Madrid Camino. Room is ok and you also have a remote to control the air conditioner (some places require you to go to reception or call for adjustments), pillows hard as rocks, but good mattress; nice outside seating area to enjoy a beer and some smaller plates (for full meals, only inside the restaurant).

Practical and economical hostel

Large and cheap hostel. Spacious rooms, simple and old-fashioned furnishings. Basic breakfast. Underground garage. But it complies for short stay, at a very competitive price.
It has dining room with lunch and dinner menu.
Atmosphere of military and displaced workers.

Not great for disabled

Hotel ok, could do with a smarten up as everything very tired. Told them hubby disabled and they gave us room near lift but shower area no where to put soap or shampoos so had to hold whilst hubby used, and as not curtain tiled floor EXTREMELY dangerous as so slippery with water everywhere. Only one big bath sheet but I managed on long type towel. Bed not great and everything passed sell by date. Very steep hill to underground car park and again no lift so thankfully had help from 3 lovely lads. Ended up parkingbehind their gates right outside hotel . They were at least dog friendly. Had dinner the their restaurant which was very nice. Breakfast was nothing to write about. Coffee ok, tea awful!
